How to learn to Dream Big?

Importance of dreaming BIG

What do you choose to remember will define you
Dreaming big and dreaming not about going far away and explore the world, rather than explore yourself and us

How to find/create your dream?

  • Importance to remember your own childhood dreams or find your own dreams, rather than follow other people's dreams
  • Importance of going with the flow, with the gut feeling, intuition, being flexible, doing what you follow your interests, passions, and hobbies curiously see what would happen if you focus on them and how far it can lead you
  • Importance of being confident that whatever you do next in your life it's going to be something good and even you have some awkward feelings about what you're doing at the moment believe that you're on the right track here. Stay motivated, stay dedicated.
  • How to learn your life purpose and feel happier? Answer these 5 questions

How to achieve your Big Dreams?

  • Importance to follow the right/authentic daily standards that would drive the right behavior, rather than blindly achieve some goals/ with some daily standards, that can drive wrong behaviors which then make a negative impact and people would suffer.
    • In other words, focus/pay attention first on daily actions to achieve goals, rather than on just focus on the goal
  • He tells the story of his grandmother leaving in a care home, where they have a standard to give water to her 6 times per day, but she felt dehydrated still, the goal of standards was achieved, but it didn't change anything and bring the right results
  • The right daily standard is a:
    • Basis
    • Criterion
    • Level
    • Quality or
    • Rule; that YOU set authentically and live now today, and then one day at a time, not in the future.
  • Daily standards in areas of your life determine you. Take time to review what standards you follow in each area and adjust it if you're not satisfied by them, then live it and achieve those standards each day
    • Personal health & fitness
    • Environment (Internal/External)
    • Relationships
    • Family
    • Emotions
    • Career & Business
    • Time & Money

"If one advances confidentially in the direction of their dream and endeavors to live the life they've imagined." - Henry David Thoreau wrote this after living in woods for 2 years 2 months and 2 days, where he was looking "to learn to suck the marrow out of aliveness. I wanted to live a life I loved living while I was living it. I went to woods because I wished to deliberately front the only essential facts of life and see if life could not teach me what it had to teach, and not when I came to die to discover that I had not even really lived."

Mary studied life's transformation and how to help kids increase their self-esteem for ages. She worked with big dreamers like Nelson Mandela and Dalai Lama. And know she can share what successful dream-builders, who transform their results, not just wish for a better result do. They do these 3 things:

  1. Create/design with clarity specific dream
    • They believe in their dream and imagine it, picture it in their heads as specific as possible, see themselves being in the dream, do what they dream, feel themselves how they would like to feel. And they replace with these thoughts of being in a dream all the negative/toxic/self-loathing thoughts that might come to them. Create a higher thought frequency and see yourself in it.
    • And they do not answer questions like:
      • "What do I think I can do? What does the economy say I can do? What do you think I can do? What does my mother think I can do?"
      • But "What would you love to do?"
  2. Refuse to stay discouraged
    • Of course, you would get discouraged, you would fail. We learned to walk by falling down, we just didn't stay down. It's normal to explore and experiment, consider everything as a great way to learn, as feedback
    • They know that everything is possible, everything before was thought and everything created twice
      • When Mary got pregnant during her senior class, she had a lot of shame and then got diagnosed with fatal kidney failure in 1967 and was given 6 months to live. The day before surgery chapel prayer woman listened to her story and then said to her "Everything's created twice - all stuff that you see before creation was someone's thought. You know this, but you might not realize the power of knowing this. So when you think embarrassing things about yourself, your cheeks get red, if you think about something scary, your heart starts to beats faster, it doesn't mean that anything scary or embarrassing is going on, but you think those thoughts and your body responds. So could it be that if you think enough toxic thoughts about yourself there could be a correlative, toxicity that goes on in your body, that actually can threaten your life?" And she said, "Could you believe it's possible that we could do a prayer or say words and it can be completely eliminated from you?", but Mary couldn't believe this. So woman answers her "Alright, but remember there's an infinite number of possibilities. There has to be one where we do this prayer, we pull all the genesis of this disease that's going on in you and put it in the kidney that's going to be removed. And when it's removed, you get better. Could you believe that's possible?" She answered "Maybe" and that's changed her life.
  3. Be more interested in growth than comfort, in service of your dream
    • If you want to get something that you have never had, you need to do something that you have never done before. So you need to have growth in the service of your dream.
