Gorosei

Five Leader, also known as Gorosei are five high-level Celestial Dragons council members and highest authority of the World Government for public view. They are main antagonists of the Egghead Arc and Final Saga along with Imu-sama, Blackbeard, CP0 etc. Best example for their authority and power are they can erase certain things from existence (Lulusia Island is the first example) only needed to marks the thing they want to erase, this weapon is 'Uranus' and the core of the Uranus called 'Mother Flame'. For authority, they can command, control and have shadow of absolute command over Cipher Pole, World Government, Seraphim, Marine, Seven Warlord of the Sea and other sub-groups as well. For the first time in 800 years after Void Century, all the leaders come to Egghead Island for stopping the Vegapunk's message.

St. Jaygarcia Saturn

St. Saturn or St. Jaygarcia Saturn is one of the Five Elders, who are leading the World Government publicly and with title of "Godhead of Science and Defend"
