Main Tasks

  • Analytical support of sales projects (Perfect Store etc.):
  • Development
  • Data analysis
  • Technical support and coordination with stakeholders (incl. European Head Office)
  • Support and development sales incentive reporting for sales teams (bonuses, motivation programs, ratings etc.)
  • Distributors’ trade terms reporting:
  • KPI tacking (calculation and analysis)
  • Documents preparation (auto)
  • Investment balance (calculations and analysis)
  • Ad-hoc management reporting (development and preparation)
  • Analytical and technical support of CRM project: communication with supplier, monitoring of contractual metrics, SLA, trainings for users, coordination of system updates

Key Competencies

  • Higher education
  • More than 2 years of working experience in similar area (as Sales Analyst in FMCG sector)
  • Easy with figures and calculations, sales forecasting experience
  • MS Office (Excel, Access, advanced level)
  • VBA, SQL (preferable)
  • English (intermediate as minimum)
  • OrientaItion for result

Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and staffing logistics

 

End to end ownership of the recruitment process: manage the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices, follow corporate procedures

Demonstrate ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of diverse, qualified candidate pools, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques

Provide consultation and negotiation related to recruitment processes in partnership with Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partner (s), UK recruitment team

Partner with business and HR colleagues on key strategic initiatives

Ensure there is a focus on direct sourcing capability and delivery

Manage candidates database, job connect system: posting, sourcing and filling in job roles

Search and select candidates (direct search, agencies, referrals), prescreen resumes and conduct HR interviews

Interview scheduling, communication with candidates, feedbacks collection

Job offer management. Gather information, get approvals for the hiring terms & conditions of employment and prepare job offers. Liaise with UK compensation team on all issues related to new hires compensation

Collect, prepare and submit to security checking team candidate’s documents for the security check process

Liaise with recruitment agencies, set up new contracts and follow third party onboarding and management process

Participate in recruitment events: Career Fairs, Presentations, Round Tables, and Conferences

 

Employee Relations


Consult on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational design, diversity and employee advocacy

Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws

Stays current on regulatory developments and consistently and proactively manages implications of regulatory requirements on people-related transactions with local scope. Engage with internal and external key stakeholders, including internal and external legal counsel, compliance corporate tax, finance and regulators on Regulatory matters       

Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth

Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels managers and employees on employment issues

Assists with the company-wide committees including the wellness, employee assistance program, early prevention programs

Develop and deliver the site-based agenda for: Wellness, diversity, employee activities, talent

Act as the trusted advisor to the business and its management and employees   

    

Local and Corporate Performance management

 

Partner closely with EMEA HR Regulatory Affairs, COO and Risk functions including Legal, Compliance in order to conduct and review local performance reports and process in conjunction with local legislation

Partner closely with Line of business managers and employees in order to provide them with processes updates and consultations

Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs

 

Learning and Development

 

Assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company

Assist with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company's training needs including training needs assessmentnew employee orientation or onboarding, management development

Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultant

Understanding L&D needs


Human Resource Information Systems


Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections in corporate systems, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information and intranet sites.

Maintains employee-related databases

Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management.

Back up for HRSD which may include payroll, timekeeping, data management, onboarding and off boarding employees and domestic/international relocation

The Human Resources Generalist assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Director


  • Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Organization Development or equivalent
  • Rich HR experience in Banking or financial services strongly preferred (at least up to 3-5 years)
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, ER, comp & ben, etc.) 
  • Thorough understanding of control environment and mastering of control processes (RCSAs, TPMO, GLRS, etc.)  
  • Strong knowledge of local market and local employment law preferred
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communication, cultural awareness and interpersonal skills   
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnership with clients and effective in dealing with employees of all levels
