What do you get to do in this position?
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional groups and management team, as requested;
- Improve monthly P&L review process by recapping actual results versus plan and forecast, preparing monthly variance reports for business owners;
- Preparation and review of monthly reporting packages including detailed financial analysis;
- Reassess existed processes, seeking operational and financial efficiency.
This job might be yours if you have:
- High level of ownership of assigned tasks and independent initiative, where appropriate, to achieve exceptional results;
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills;
- At least 2 years of prior experience in Finance controlling;
- Prior experience using SAP is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop new relationships with stakeholders;
- Proficient level of Excel.
