- Documents Workflow:

  • Registration and routing of incoming correspondence
  • Replying letters in time
  • Preparation of documents for CEO/ company management signature
  • Documents' signing coordination
  • Preparation of documents on request of Director
  • Preparation of internal orders, policies and regulations based on Director’s instructions, signing coordination
  • Preparation of meeting minutes, monitoring of dead line fulfillment by employees nominated as responsible
  • Preparation of presentations for Director

- Reception and routing of incoming calls

- Translation of the correspondence

- Directors’s calendar planning

  • Organization of business trips
  • Documentary support for business trips, drawing up of attendance reports
  • Arrangement of meetings
  • Management of travel related services (visa support, ticket booking, hotel reservation, conference room booking )
  • Organization of internal meetings
  • Meetings and conferences minutes issues

- Administrative support (order of office accessories, furniture, office relocations, archiving system)

- Guests/Visitors: coordination (hotel, visa), support

- Communication with departments, subordinated to Director


- Education: higher linguistic or comparable

- Education: higher linguistic or comparable

- Specific knowledge:

  • fluent English and German,
  • communication skills,
  • flexibility, loyalty, reliability, stress tolerance
