The Head of Culture has the overall strategic & operative responsibility for Opinion Leader & Music and Dance programs in his region. He/she works and carries out a national mid term culture strategy.He/she creates national strategies and innovative programs for developing a solid Opinion leader network and culture projects composed of national and international activities among the different culture playgrounds. He/she contributes with his work to the overall national marketing and business goals inline with the set international culture marketing strategy.

Strategic responsibility for the culture program

  • Contributes reaching all national marketing and sales targets
  • Creates and maintains an outstanding Opinion Leader network
  • Delivers event projects and creates Opinion Leader platforms where adequate
  • Contributes to Red Bull’s worldwide success due to innovation and uniqueness

People- and knowledge management

  • Coaches and educates the direct reports and Field people marketing understanding to a top level
  • ability to lead, coach and motivate cross functional teams within organization
  • Secures the field culture people implement the national strategy in an appropriate way
  • Guide and coach field people for creating a strong Opinion Leader network
  • Guide and motivates the team for delivering innovative projects
  • Works close together with on premise and communications department
  • Identifies Best Practise Examples and develops case studies in combination with Red Bull International for the field.

Opinion Leader Program

  • Translate the culture strategy into a national Opinion Leader program
  • Establish a rich network in the fields of culture and media to be aware of new upcoming trends and Opinion Leaders (internally and externally).
  • Take care of the right selection and mix of Opinion Leaders within the national program
  • Take care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused cultured playgrounds by Opinion Leaders and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product
  • Plan and execute fitting branding strategies for each Opinion Leader
  • Coordinate the Opinion Leaders appearances within the world of Red Bull
  • Support the communication colleagues best in achieving optimum media outcome

Operative responsibility

  • Top execution of national Opinion Leaders program and projects
  • Creation and execution of globally innovative culture projects

Budget & Legal

  • Develop and execute superior culture marketing Business Plans
  • Secure smart and efficient investments: National versus International activities (optimize current & future culture marketing spending)
  • Run all activities within the legal situation and the Red Bull ethic approach
  • Culture marketing budget accountability and accuracy

Events / Projects

  • Translate the national culture strategy into Red Bull Music and Dance programs and concepts by inventing and executing high quality events of all scales and by leveraging international projects.
  • Plan and realize an efficient 3rd Party events program
  • Plan and realize efficient branding strategies for Red Bull projects, and 3rd Party events
  • Drive innovation in all aspects!
  • Take care of efficient logistic and event tools handling
  • Support the event organizers best to assure the highest quality in event execution
  • Support the communication colleagues best to achieve optimum media outcome of all events
  • Support the on premise colleagues best to generate sales
  • Develop brand and profit partnership deals behind projects

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  • Work experience in the area of modern culture at least 8 years
  • Understanding of the culture landscape – interested and open for different cultural playgrounds
  • Good marketing and country (people, habits …) understanding
  • Excellent management skills
  • Creative and innovative mind set, open for new things!
  • Well connected in different culture scenes and communications – good net worker!
  • Strong negotiating, presentation and motivation skills
  • Communicative, sociable, informative, open-minded, ingenious, relaxed, genuine
  • Good knowledge of human nature
