Purpose of the role and key responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of Captain Morgan Brand marketing plan and performance and be the key internal interface for Brand agreed activities / initiatives to:

  • Drive the Captain Morgan growth in Russia to beat plan on NSV & TP and competition;
  • In conjunction with Head of Captain Morgan Marketing Europe develop the long-term portfolio strategy and GAME plans (including set up of clear KPIs and measurement);
  • Identify future opportunities and translate these into actionable plans and execution;
  • Ensure all marketing standards and activities are consistent with strategy, the Diageo Marketing Codes and company reputation;
  • Ensure consistent brand equity development. Work with Commercial team on brand building programs, execution and pricing strategies to develop the best and fit for the purpose solutions;
  • Ensure tight A&P budget management and regular performance/ brand health management reporting;
  • Lead/ inspire & support the cross functional team.

 

 

Key requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Brand Management positions in FMCG with track record of strong delivery;
  • Good commercial and strategic understanding with ability to draw robust conclusions based on limited data;
  • Experience in leading projects in digital marketing and working with agencies;
  • Experience of working in Sales or Customer Marketing would be an asset;
  • Great team player with ability to lead cross-functional teams;
  • Strong creative judgement, ability to think out of the box;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong project management skills;
  • Proven excellence in execution;
  • Fluency in English.
