Lead the design and implementation of organizational (corporate) learning initiatives

  • Lead and manage the strategy of Professional Capabilities
  • Design and develop best-in-class learning solutions in cross-functional areas such as commercial and marketing
  • Developing programs
  • In between field activities
  • E-learning initiatives
  • Any other programs to develop employees
  • Elaborate and roll-out professional competences setting up across the company
  • Select and manage learning vendors for the design and delivery of programs, when and as required
  • Communicate and promote the existent / upcoming corporate learning solutions and ensure key stakeholders leverage them to address relevant learning needs
  • Oversee timely and qualitative delivery, set-up quality assurance mechanisms for the different solutions, track and measure impact of the delivered solutions
  • Work in close collaboration with L&D Manager and HR managers to make a transparency and alignment of development programs
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Contribute to an integrated Talent management strategy

  • Work closely with other HR units to identify opportunities across the HR function and ensure a streamlined, coherent employee experience thorough the life cycle.
  • Form collaborative relationships with HR and Business Partners in order to execute development strategies and efforts to support the growth / strategic objectives of the company.
  • Build and own professional development solutions from scratch and upgrade existing offerings, plans, tasks and assignments to deliver more integrated and well-executed solutions to drive the success of the business
  • Apply deep talent management expertise and a practical to deliver solutions that exceed internal customer expectations

Cross-functional cooperating as a part of event projects

  • Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to create a holistic events such as management forums, cycle meetings, regional meetings
  • Support in developing, production and delivering content during marketing deploymentsv


  • University degree
  • From 3 years of successful relevant experience (as Head of T&D, Head of Training etc) gained with multinational company
  • Proven record of development and implementation of different management development programs (including e-learning programs, trainings, couching and executive coaching)
  • Additional experience in business roles (sales, marketing) will be an advantage
  • P&L responsibility
  • Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent English
