Team management:

- Responsible for the team management with the “kaizen” approach to ensure the timeliness and quality of basic service delivery.

- Responsible for the formulation, implementation and completion of team performance goals.

- Responsible for the recruitment, training and performance management of team members, and build the next tier of the team to ensure stable service delivery.

- Responsible for the implementation of various management measures, and complete the tasks of organizational management.

Business operation:

- Responsible for building a continuous optimization mechanism for business processes, and optimizing business processes in terms of delivery quality, efficiency, and employee experience.

- Responsible for project management within the team, coordinate resources to push forward the progress of the project, ensure timely progress of each project and achievement of project goals.

Job requirements

- At least 5 years HR related work experience, who can set up the HRSSC team from 0 to 1 is preferred.

- Familiar with the relevant regulations of Russian labor law.

- Accept business trips in Russia.

- Strong project management skills, can coordinate resources from all parties to promote the progress of the project and ensure the achievement of the project results.

- Proficient English communication skills, Chinese is preferred.
