Responsible HR business partner for several business divisions;
All HR processes with a focus on talent management/ talent development;
Reports to HR Director Office;
Responsible for leadership & talent development, performance culture, internal training, employee engagement, conflict mitigations, restructuring, rewards topics.

Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Economics or equivalent;
Talent management focus is an advantage;
Required work experience of at least 5 years as HR business partner, and at least 8 years in HR overall, preferably from a well-known brand name company (industry doesn't matter);
Results-oriented, pro-active, client-oriented, organized, willing to develop in HR;
English upper-intermediate+;
Advanced user of excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
