Main Tasks

  • Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Build effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date with candidate pipeline
  • Screen and present viable resumes and/or qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Run phone interviews with identified candidates and debrief hiring manager accordingly
  • Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize the Essity employer brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process
  • Contribute to building a talent pipeline by building effective relationships with candidates
  • Lead and support Employer attractiveness activities

Key Competencies

  • Higher education
  • 2 years related professional experience
  • Experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Effective team-player
  • Result driven
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • English is upper-intermediate or higher
