Job Description

  • Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process (up to 30 requisitions simultaneously)
  • Applicant Tracking System management (Workday)
  • Work with Hiring Managers in the recruiting process from beginning to end
  • Collaborate in creating recrutment strategy for recrutment projects
  • Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview techniques
  • To lead recrutment projects (market research, interviewing, coordination candidate meetings with hiring managers) 
  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts / agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs
  • Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classification and selection for a wide variety of nonexempt and exempt positions
  • Consolidate candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process
  • Negotiate offers with candidates. Provide candidate offer package recommendation to line manager
  • TA manager will be participate and to lead onboarding projects and Employer branding

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Higher education
  • A minimum of 3 + years’ experience in recruitment is required (Agency + In-house)
  • PC advanced knowledge: MS Word и Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Capability in recruiting for wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
  • Ability to work within a team approach is required
  • Strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills.
  • Strong customer and marketplace focus
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with Workday system 
  • Experience with Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing
  • Experience in managing a third party vendor as part of the recruiting process
