YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

• Support Regional C&B Director with the operational and analytics tasks for Eastern Europe and Asia markets as well as support local HR partners with C&B guidelines and Global C&B processes execution:
• Year-End Process (Merit Review & Annual Bonus)
• Employee Cost Budgeting process
• Job Evaluation
• Market data analysis
• Pay Ranges calculation
• HRIS Data Quality
• Other C&B tasks and projects

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

• 2-3 years in multinational FMCG company with solid C&B practices
• Experience of work with several countries in the scope (CIS at least, Eastern Europe/Asia is a plus)
• Participation in Annual Merit and Bonus process, Budgeting process
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong Communication skills. Multicultural experience is a plus
• Language skills: English - advanced
• Strong excel user
• Workday experience is a plus
• High education – preferably in economics, maths.
