Training & Development Manager в Kaspersky Lab

Main duties & responsibility:

  • Take part in planning and implementation of a system to reveal, motivate and retain key talents. Develop programs for key talents to enable them in their career progression
  • Take part in creating and implementation a continuous learning environment enabling people to acquire knowledge and skills they need in their current and future roles easily, effectively and with fun (following 70-20-10 principle):
  • Support and administer creative learning formats, mixing both classic and new methods for better learning result (blend classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, conferences, workshops, e-learning, coaching, etc.)
  • Develop and manage assessment/diagnostic tools portfolio in accordance with company values and priorities
  • Support HR business-partners developing and providing customized solutions for business departments
  • Build clear and transparent learning and development processes so all the managers and employees understand them
  • Supervise local learning programs to strengthen management and expert teams
  • Take part in creating a transparent system of provider monitoring and selection to ensure the company gets the best offers at the best price and with the best quality



  • Higher education (HR professional qualification, or Business degree)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in development & learning
  • Good understanding of HR/L&D role in the organization
  • Good knowledge of learning / talent management practices
  • Capable of strategic talent management and learning systems development on an international level
  • Acquaintance with international learning philosophy and practices
  • Advanced PC user
  • Fluent English
  • Team player, results-oriented, authentic, creative, sensitive to local practices and cultures.
