Your responsibilities:

  • SARPIO communication
    Include SARPIO message in all communication channels for consultants and leaders
    Promote SARPIO among Sales Force and sales employeed managers
    Monitoring successful leaders’ working methods and tools and adaptation SARPIO based on their experience
  • Business trainings
    Localisation of the global trainings and implementation on the markets
    Train the trainers (ESM and leaders)
    Development of situational tranings (based on regional needs)
    Regular update trainings related to current situation
    Launch of new trainings, running webinars for trainers
  • Beauty and Wellness trainings - focus on field work
    localisation, implementation of global trainings
    Development of situational local trainings
    Support implementation with Train the Trainers for Leaders
    Lead chats, accounts in Social media (SF and internally)
    Wellness clubs content
    Running trainings in the regions
    Preparing content for regional and country events
    Manage the team (Beauty and Wellness training managers)
    Support trainers in the region
  • e-Learnings
    Localisation, promotion and implementation of the global elearning courses
  • Competitive analysis – what are our major competitors are offering in this area Leaders’ trainings and education

What we are looking for:

Skills and knowledge

  • Excellent training and pedagogical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • General direct sales, compensation plan, and sales knowledge
  • Knowledge of the sales support tools and their purpose in connection to our business model
  • Structured and with attention to details
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of how the training programs fit into a larger context
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Curious mindset and creative thinking
  • The ability to influence, manage and cooperate with multinational teams effectively
  • Team player


  • Higher education in a for the position relevant field (e.g. education, marketing, commercial engineering, business administration)
  • Experience in training people
  • Experience in developing training programs
  • Fluent English
