• Advising clients in the area of HR improvement;
• Developing and delivering HR solutions to clients, including job evaluation, grading and salary structures, short and long term incentive plans, HR aspects of transactions (HR due diligence) and HR transformation.

Successful candidate profile:

• Excellent Excel
• Graduatesin Management, Economics or Human Resources;
• Full time
• Understanding of business and market trends;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent English communication skills both oral and written;
• Ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment;
• Strong presentation & influencing skills;
• Team player;
• Achievement orientation;
• Extensive computer skills (PowerPoint, Word).
