  • Higher education
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in pharma, medical devices, FMCG)
  • Competency-based interviewing and assessment experience
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment process to ensure hiring executives’ and candidates’ satisfaction
  • Integrity, maturity, cultural sensitivity
