Job Description
1. Managing HR documents - preparing, printing , signing with employees and archiving (hiring, terminations, hr monthly mandatory documents , documents requested by employees). Support of the HR audit .
2. Update HR database - collect personal documents and upload into hr platform, update regularly .
3. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. New onboard salary, terminations, salary adjustments, bonus data, leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
4. HR vendor management - liaise with external partners, like insurance /payroll and other hr related vendors, ensure legal compliance, arrange payments.
5. Out-staffing projects management- budgeting, commercial negotiations with out-staffing vendors, payments, coordination of the outsourcing employees, account management.
Job requirements
* Proven work experience as an HR administrator 2-3 years
* Experience with HR software, like HRIS, 1C
* Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
* Thorough knowledge of labor laws
* Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
* Fluent English
