Junior HR Specialist в TMF Group

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining complete HR administration work
  • Collecting and preparation all necessary HR documents (employment, dismissal, salary\ position change and other)
  • Providing employees with voluntary medical insurance certificate, correspondence with insurance provider
  • Working with the state authorities (Tax inspection, Pension fund)
  • Providing responses to employees requests
  • Collecting and preparing all necessary documents for deductions and calculations
  • Operating business trips and work-related journeys
  • Proceeding Civil agreement contracts and acts of acceptance
  • Preparing holiday orders
  • Issuing and managing vacation schedule
  • Preparing overtime orders
  • Administration of medical sick leave certificates
  • Handling documents for maternity leave and other maternity benefits
  • Administrate working schedule and time-sheets
  • Following and informing about amendments in the Russian legislation in relation to HR field
  • Working with 1C database

Key Requirements

  • Higher Education
  • min 1,5 years experience in HR administration
  • English language skills - intermediate level (business correspondence, communication skills)
  • Excellent software skills, 1C, MS Excel
  • Team players as well as ability working independently
