To lead the full recruitment cycle, namely:

- To start recruitment projects according to the vacancy request;

- To write and post recruitment ads on external job sites and social media channels;

- To identify the most productive recruitment sources;

- To select potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements;

- To contact candidates and conduct HR interviews;

- To provide short lists of candidates and work with department heads to complete projects;

- To complete and maintain the integrity of the database;

- To take part in different events such as jobs fairs, company presentations, etc .

- To prepare and submit various periodical reports


  • We are ready to consider recruiters without IT recruitment experience, but willing to develop in this field (IT experience will be an advantage)
  • Higher education (psychology, sociology, law or technical: engineering, electronics, telecommunications)
  • Perfect communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, plan and organize work of researcher
  • Result orientation
  • Dynamism and creativity
  • English - not lower then uper-intermediate
