  • Deliver compensation/total reward solutions to stakeholders covering the Europe/Middle East region
  • Being involved in the execution and delivery of services and solutions according to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop relevant standard operating principles (SOPs)
  • Use fact-based analysis to frame and/or solve related issues
  • Support the implementation of global processes and initiatives
  • Participate in the development of the total reward agenda in the region
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, legislative changes and research etc. to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the advice you provide to stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s or a master’s degree within HR or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience from a similar role and/or within C&B
  • Previous experience from a regional role with hands-on experience in implementing regional/global projects
  • Proven experience and mastery of compensation principles and methodologies such as job evaluation (mastery of IPE methodology preferable), compensation management (market surveys, analysis and pay design etc.)
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Solid knowledge of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP Master Data and SuccessFactors will be a definite advantage
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
