People & Culture Administration Specialist в IKEA
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Enable the unit People & Culture functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing people & culture administrative expertise to the unit.
- Provide People subject matter expertise in personnel administration and compliance areas; ensure that the legal, company personnel administration, compliance standards and Total Reward policies administration are locally put into practice.
You will:
- Secure full scope of employment- and payroll-related documents in place in accordance with legislation, company standards and policies;
- Responsible for providing correct information to HR Service Centre (HRSC) on co-worker personal data, changes in employment terms and conditions, payroll-related issues according to service level agreement (SLA);
- Consult co-workers and managers on labor legislation, global and local policies, procedures including Total Reward related topics, salary calculation and tax deduction rules;
- Execute People & Culture related administrative tasks in line with SLA including, but not limited to personnel files update, documents archiving, people data compiling and processing; responsible to secure latest actual organization legal structure is reflected in HR Information Systems and in mandatory documents as per legislation;
- Responsible to administrate Total Reward policies in accordance with IKEA global and country standards and policies;
- Responsible to monitor changes in labor legislation, company standards and policies to be implemented in time within the area of responsibility;
- Be key responsible for internal and external compliance audits, including State authorities inspections (Labor inspection, Military office, Employment center, Migration service, Social Insurance Fund etc.); responsible to provide State authorities and auditors with documents and reports as required by legislation on a regular basis and/or upon request;
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming at the highest quality and the most unified standards.
- In this role, you will report to the People & Culture Services Manager.
- This role is located in Moscow, some travelling might be required.
- Temporary contract (maternity leave period) / full-time employment.
