HR Business Partner в Bumble
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers and senior leaders.
- Working on a wide range of strategic people-related matters and projects including team structure and optimisation, employee engagement and retention, organisational culture and change management.
- Collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits team to research and advise on salary benchmarking, pay bandings and other reward mechanisms.
- Overseeing performance management processes and initiatives; collaborating with the wider People & Culture team to design and implement new performance management workflows as part of our Workday rollout.
- Partnering with the larger team on the implementation, administration, management of people-centric strategies, processes, and systems throughout the organization to build and maintain culture across our global team, including our people operations team.
- Advising and consulting on the staffing strategy and hiring decisions of leaders and other key strategic positions in partnership with the recruitment team; develop/drive succession and talent planning efforts that ensure teams have the talent needed to deliver on their strategy.
- Work closely with the Moscow based HR Operations Specialist, providing knowledge and support on local legislations, enabling the company to make sure all initiatives work well in Russia.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in startup and scaleup organisations (+ additional experience in a larger organisation would be a bonus); in particular we are seeking someone who is comfortable solving problems and delivering projects autonomously as part of a small HR team.
- Accustomed to working closely with senior leaders as a strategic thought partner, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
- Solid knowledge of Russian employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation (additional experience or knowledge of other countries a bonus).
- Thought leadership and wide knowledge of organisational culture and development topics.
- Adept at working with data and spreadsheets including pivot tables, lookups, etc.
- Strong understanding of and passion for Badoo’s unique culture and mission
- Highly collaborative; proactively seeks out a range of opinions and perspectives
- You are highly curious and always seeking to learn, keeping up with the latest news and publications on topics relating to organisational design & culture
- Personal gravitas: you articulate your thought processes with conviction, back up your ideas with data & evidence, and don’t shy away from debating the best course of action for the business
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple competing priorities
- Global mindset and willingness to work across international time zones
- Intermediate /strong written and verbal English communication skills
