Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
—Help formulate and implement HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant line and function heads in the country and the Cluster HR Head.
—Implement organizational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff.
—Establish performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture.
—Contribute to the development of a value based organizational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit.
—Implement standardized global people Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which allow the measurement of progress against the key people objectives.
—Work actively with Area, Cluster and Country based HR colleagues to promote and develop the Area Alcon HR function.
—Assess regularly customer needs and satisfaction and adjust services accordingly
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
—Higher university degree
—5-7 years of HR Generalist / HR Business partner experience
—C&B background experience (desirable)
—Fluent English (must)
—Strong analytical background
—Strong stakeholder management skills
—High level of maturity and self-motivation
—Proactive and result oriented mindset
