HR Operations Specialist в General Electric

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Control reporting provided by BDO to authorities. Control that BDO provided reporting in time.
  • Provide reporting to authorities – Pension Fund, Statistics, Quotation
  • Provide reports to businesses according their requests
  • Collect and store all the confirmations of authorities about provided reporting
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within assigned processes; work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
  • Communication with tax authorities, social and pension funds (written and by phone), controlling the pending balances with Tax Authorities
  • Answering letters from authorities
  • Verification with Tax authorities and Social Funds on yearly basis, communication with tax authorities, social and pension funds


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years prior professional work experience (can include internships)
  • Language requirements (English)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Solid understanding of applicable regional legislative programs/processes
  • Work experience with third party payroll providers
  • Cultural awareness & sensitivity: ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
  • Ability work on process improvements
  • Experience of collecting and preparing metrics, including analysis
  • Solid understanding of national legislative payroll and benefits rules
  • Data privacy awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in local language and English
  • 1C Payroll System, Contur System knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
