1. User Responsibility:

No Liability on AstroV3: AstroV3, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners, expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any harm, loss, damage, or negative consequence that may arise from your actions or decisions while using AstroV3’s services or platform. This disclaimer extends to any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

c. Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that AstroV3 provides a platform or service and does not endorse, support, or promote any specific behavior, decision, or action taken by users. Any decision or action taken by you is at your discretion and risk. Furthermore, you understand that AstroV3 may not pre-screen user-generated content, and you bear the responsibility for assessing the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information obtained through the platform.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroV3, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your actions or decisions while using the AstroV3 platform. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from your violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any unlawful activity conducted through your account.
