Bundan o‘ttiz yil muqaddam Qofqoz musulmonlaridin eng avval chiqib tiyotr kitoblari yozg‘an va yuziga un surtib tiyotr sahnasiga chiqg‘on, adibi shahid Mirza Fathali Oxundov janoblarig‘a xalq qanday ko‘z ila qaradi? Marhum Oxundov xalqning nuqsonini ko‘rsatg‘on, millat taraqqiysig‘a va mamlakat obodlig‘ig‘a xizmat qilgon, ismi har yerda haqorat ila zikr qilinurdi va o‘zidan har kim nafrat qilurdi. Lekin o‘ttiz yil o‘tgandin so‘ng marhum Oxundov janoblarining chekkan mashaqqatlari va tortgon zahmatlarini millat o‘ylab, taqdir qilub, oning xotirasi va ruhining shodligi uchun ulug‘ bir yubiley, ya’ni duo majlisi yasadilarki, hozirg‘a qadar bunday ulug‘ majlis musulmonlardin hech bir kishi uchun yasalg‘oni yo‘qdur. Marhum Oxundov tutgan yo‘lning ulug‘ foydalari hozirda ko‘rinmakda boshladi. Qofqoziyaning har bir yerida jamiyati xayriyalar ochilub, alarning tiyotru shu’balari tashkil topdi, bularning eng mashhurlari Bokuda «Najot jamiyati»durki, bu jamiyat tiyotr vositasila Qofqoz xalqining axloqini xiyla isloh qildi, g‘aflatdin uyg‘ontirdi, taraqqiy va maorifga havaslarin ortdirdi. Hozirda tiyotr vositasila har yil minglarcha aqcha jam’ qilur. Yuzlarcha musulmon faqir va ojizlarga yordam berur. Qo‘lidan kelguncha millatining nomus va obro‘sini hifz qilur va shaharning atrofida bo‘lg‘on qishloqlarda o‘ttuzg‘a yaqin maktablar ochub, islom bolalarini tarbiya va ta’lim qilur. Lekin, tabiiyki, vatanning hasratli yodi bilan umrlarini o‘tkazdilar.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p id=&quot;6EOF&quot;&gt;Shu tariqa jadidlarning chor hukumati davrida yo‘lga qo‘yilgan va inqilobning dastlabki yillarida u qadar qarshilikka uchramagan xorijda milliy kadr tayyorlash dasturi 20-yillarning ikkinchi yarmida sho‘rolar hukumati tomonidan barbod qilindi. Aslida bu ishning muvaqqat ekanligini, o‘z universitetlarini ochmagunlaricha milliy kadr taqchilligi hal bo‘lmasligini ular bilar edilar. Lekin universitet tashkil qilish uchun avvalo moddiy sarvat zarur edi. Mutaxassis kerak edi. Nihoyat, hukumat qo‘llamagan taqdirda ham qarshilik ko‘rsatmasligi lozim edi. Afsuski, XX asr boshidagi Turkistonda bu uch omildan bittasi ham yo‘q edi. Yolg‘iz so‘ngsiz ishtiyoq, buyuk orzu bor edi. Universitet, avvalo, millatning ko‘kragini ko‘tarish, bir vaqtlar o‘z salohiyati bilan jahon sahnasida markaziy o‘rinlarni egallab kelgan, so‘nggi uch-to‘rt asrlik tanazzul va bo‘hronlar sababli surilib, asoratga tushgan Turkistonning ko‘zini ochish, jahonni va o‘zligini tani­tish, bir so‘z bilan aytganda, dunyoga qo‘shish uchun lozim edi. Taraqqiyparvar ziyo­lilarimiz bu zarurat va ehtiyojni dil-dildan angladilar va uni umummillat g‘oyasi darajasiga ko‘tardilar. Bu g‘oya Rusiyaga tobe’ bo‘lgan xalqlarning ilk matbuot minbari “Tarjimon” (1883 – 1914)dan, “Oyina” (1913 – 15)gacha, dastlabki uyushmasi “Ittifoqi musli­min” (1905)dan “Turon” (1913 – 18)u “Sho‘royi islomiya” (1917)gacha aks etdi va takomillashib bordi.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p id=&quot;vJ4C&quot;&gt;“Ovrupo bir keksa choldir, tajribasi ko‘pdir, – deb yozgan edi Ismoilbek 1885-yilda. – Ulug‘ yoshiga hurmatimiz bor. Tajribasidan o‘rganamiz. Lekin xatolarini takrorlamaymiz. Maktablarini, universitetlarini bizlar ham quramiz. Ammo aqllarimizni qancha yoritsak, qalblarimizni ham shuncha “haqqoniyat” bilan to‘ldirmoqqa harakat qilamiz. Ovrupoda nimani ko‘rsak, yosh boladek olib yugurmaymiz. Esli-hushli insonlardek “Bu nimadir? Oqibati nima bo‘ladi. Vijdon va haqqoniyatga uyg‘unmi?” – deya aql tarozisiga tortib olamiz. Ovrupo madaniyati mulohazasiz qabul qilave­rish mumkin bo‘lgan bir narsa bo‘lsa edi, bu madaniyatga Ovruponing o‘z vorisi dushman bo‘lmas edi”. “Fuqaroi islom sizlardan mol istamas, osh istamas. Din – Qur’ondan, jon – Xudodan”, deb yozadi u 1906-yilda Buxoro va Xiva xonlariga xitoban. “Siz, davlatlik xonlardan xalqqa ehson etiladigan narsa nashri maorifga, taraqqiyot va kamolotga omil bo‘luvchi oliy darajalik maorif maktablaridir. Ko‘hna madrasa­lar ko‘p Buxoroyi sharifda va Xivada endi biror dorulfununi islomiya ta’sis etmoq lozim. Bu dorulfununlarga bir daraja ilm olgan talaba qabul qilinib, tarix, jug‘rofiya, kimyo, handasa, ilmi huquq, usuli idorai davlat, ilmi iqtisod va boshqa lozim fanlar, turkiy, forsiy, rusiy va fransaviy tillar o‘rgatilsa, ushbu dorulfununlarda muallim va mudarrislik qila oladigan ahli kamol topiladi”.   &lt;p id=&quot;9JlH&quot;&gt;Behbudiyning “Oyina” jurnalida quyidagilarni o‘qiymiz: “Hozirgi zamon ahvolig‘a oshno kishilarg‘a va boshig‘a ish tushganlarg‘a, barcha tojir va mansabdorlarg‘a albatta ma’lumdurki, bizg‘a muvofiqi zamona odamlar kerak, ya’ni musulmon do‘qtur, musulmon muhandis (injener-pilonchi), musulmon zakunchi, tijoratxonalarda musulmon “agent” ishboshilar, podshohlik mahkamalarida musulmon ma’murlari, musulmon sudyalari, natarius (muqavolot muharriri), bonkalarda musulmon sarkorlari va... kerakdur”.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p id=&quot;hU05&quot;&gt;“Turon” jamiyatining 73 moddalik nizomida “ovrupocha o‘quv muassasalari ochish”, “o‘rta va oliy o‘quv yurtlarida o‘qiyotgan talabalarga stipendiyalar belgilash” ko‘zda tutilgan. Shunga yaqin maqsadni “Nashriyot” (1914) shirkati ham qayd etgan edi. Turkiston universiteti g‘oyasi va uning amaliyoti haqida gap ketganda muhim izohtalab nuqta bor. Gap shundaki, o‘tgan asr so‘ngidagi o‘lkada yuz bergan ijtimoiy-siyosiy qo‘zg‘olishlar tufayli chor hukumatining muayyan davrlarida ham o‘lkani har jihatdan tadqiq etish, boy tabiiy-iqtisodiy iqtidoridan zamonaviy asoslarda yanada samarali­roq foydalanish, ya’ni o‘zlashtirish maqsadini ko‘zda tutuvchi universitet g‘oyasi shakllanib kelar edi. Ayni payt­da, bu jahon hamjamiyatida mahalliy xalqning ma’rifati yo‘lida qilingan ishdek taassurot qoldirmog‘i lozim edi. Shunday bir sharoitda yuz bergan 1917-yil voqealari millatning istiqlolga ishonchini qanchalik oshirgan bo‘lsa, universitet haqidagi orzulariga shuncha umid tug‘dirdi. Biroq sho‘rolarning riyokorligi, Turkiston muxtoriyatining fojiali taqdiri mustaqillik bilan bir qatorda universitet g‘oyasini ham xayolga aylantirdi. Shunga qaramay, jadidlarimiz istiqlol g‘oyasidan voz kechmaganliklari singari, millat avlodini ushbu yo‘lda tarbiyalashda buyuk vosita bo‘lgan zamonaviy oliy maktab fikridan ham voz kechmadilar. Imkon qadar uni amalga oshirish chorasini izladilar. 1918-yili yuzaga kelgan sharoitdan, ayrim rus liberal demok­rat ziyolilarining xayrixohligidan unumli foydalandilar. 9-aprelda Munavvarqori Abdurashidxonovning hovlisida 9 kishilik tashkiliy hay’at ish boshladi. Bir oy davomida 9 yig‘ilish o‘tkazildi. Bo‘lajak universitetning tashkiliy tuzi­lishlaridan tortib, sho‘ba fakultetlari-yu eng muhim sohalarning dasturlarigacha ishlab chiqildi.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p id=&quot;jhdD&quot;&gt;1918-yilning 21-aprelida Toshkentning Yangi shahar qismida A.V.Popov bosh Turkiston xalq univer­siteti ta’sis etilgan bo‘lsa, rosa 21 kun­dan keyin 12-mayda Eski shaharda Munavvarqori bosh bo‘lgan Turkiston Musulmon xalq dorulfununi talabalariga o‘z eshiklarini ochdi. 15-mayda nizomi qabul qilindi.&lt;/p&gt;

Chunonchi, Abdusami’qori Ziyoboyev, G‘ulom Zafariy, Mo‘minjon Muhammadjonov, Qayum Ramazon, Shokirjon Rahimiy, Sobirjon Rahimiy, Haydar Shavqiy, Majid Qodiriy, Abdulvahob Murodiy, Maryam Sultonova, Zaynab Shamsuddinova, Abdulla Rahimboyev, Shamsiddin Sharafiddinov (Xurshid), Sa’dulla Sharafiddinov, Ahmad Shukriy, Eshonxo‘ja Xoniy kabi nomlarni eslash kifoya.&lt;/p&gt;

Turkistonliklarning chetda o‘qishlariga 20-yillarning o‘rtalarigacha tishini tishiga qo‘yib chidagan Sho‘ro hukumati Turkistonda milliy universitet ishlashiga toqat qila olmadi. Shu sabab 1919-yildayoq Turkiston xalq universiteti (to‘g‘rirog‘i, rus universiteti) Davlat universitetiga aylantirildi.&lt;/p&gt;

Kengash raisi hisoblangan Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyev ma’ruzasini yakunlab, qatnashchilarga so‘z berarkan, boyagi “muallimchilik” tajribasidan xabardor ekanini aytdi, bugun shu tartibdan voz kechib, xohlagan odam so‘zga chiqishi, ko‘nglidagini baral­la bayon qilishi mumkinligini ta’kidladi, anjuman ahlini ochiqlikka, dadillikka da’vat etdi.&lt;/p&gt;

Dardi – yuksak nazarga ilinib qolish, “men ham borman, haliyam borman”, bahonada aravasini yurgizib olish, to‘ymas ilinj, oshkora tama... Bunga o‘xshash katta-kichik yig‘inlarda qatnashib ko‘rgan odam – shaxsan men xijolatlarga chulg‘anib o‘tirdim...&lt;/p&gt;

Ma’naviyat va ma’rifatning chin homiysi sifatida bag‘rikenglik qilib, ko‘ngilda borini baralla so‘zlamoqqa qayta-­qayta da’vat etib turganiga qaramay, esli-hushli mardum davlat rahbari­ning har daqiqa vaqti hisobli ekanini his etmog‘i darkor. Bunday choqda masala har qancha murakkab bo‘lmasin, aytila­yotgan fikr imkon qadar qisqa va lo‘nda ifoda etilmog‘i lozim. Qarang, yon-veringizda o‘tirganlar ham sodda-anoyi emas, har biri o‘z sohasining bilimdoni, piri degu­lik! Ular qolib (balki turli andisha bilan), aynan siz so‘z so‘radingizmi, marhamat, el-ulusga manfaatli biror gap bilan o‘zingizni ko‘rsating, tahsin aytaylik!&lt;/p&gt;
