Data we collect
### 2.1. From Pinterest
We use the Pinterest API v5 with the following scopes:- `boards:read` — to list our own boards and resolve board IDs once during setup.- `pins:write` — to create new pins on our own boards.
We do **not** access:- Personal data of other Pinterest users.- Pinterest user profiles, followers, messages, or any social graph data.- Pins, boards, or content of accounts other than the account we own.
We store **only** the following Pinterest-related data, locally on our server:- Our own Pinterest access token and refresh token (encrypted at rest by the operating system file permissions; never shared, never transmitted to third parties).- Pin IDs of pins we created (for analytics and to avoid duplicate posts).- Our own board IDs (configuration).
### 2.2. From Telegram
We collect:- Image files submitted by users through the optional `@KawaiiPulseSuggestBot` ("suggestion bot") for editorial review.- Telegram user ID and username of submitters (for attribution if the user chooses non-anonymous mode).
Submitter data is stored locally and is never shared with Pinterest or anythird party. Submitters can request deletion by contacting us.
### 2.3. From image sources
We fetch publicly available anime artwork from booru-style image cataloguesand Wallhaven for editorial curation. Source URLs and artist attributions arepreserved in published posts.
## 3. How we use the data
- **Pinterest tokens** — exclusively to create pins on our own boards (cross-posting), and to list our own boards during initial setup.- **Pin metadata** — internal analytics only (which pins gained traction vs. which did not). Not shared.- **Telegram submitter data** — for moderation queue and attribution. Not shared with Pinterest.
We do **not**:- Sell, rent, or transfer any data to third parties.- Display advertising in our channels (other than editorial cross-posts of our own content).- Use Pinterest data for targeting, profiling, or any analytics about Pinterest users.- Use any AI training on data obtained through Pinterest.
## 4. Data sharing
We share **no data** with third parties beyond the unavoidable transmissionsrequired to use Pinterest and Telegram APIs themselves (i.e., the data wepost via the official Pinterest API to our own boards).
When we publish artwork:- On Telegram — visible to anyone with access to our public channel.- On Pinterest — visible to anyone with access to our public Pinterest boards.
In both cases, the content (image, title, description) is **public by design**.
## 5. Cookies and tracking
The service does not run a website, does not set cookies, and does not performbehavioural tracking of any users. It is a server-side automation that pushescontent to Telegram and Pinterest on a fixed schedule.
## 6. Data retention
- Pinterest access tokens: rotated approximately every 30 days; previous tokens are deleted immediately upon rotation.- Pin IDs: retained indefinitely for analytics (no personal data, public identifiers).- Telegram submitter data: retained for 90 days after the submission status becomes terminal (`posted` or `rejected`), then anonymized.- Image files: archived locally for up to 1 year, then deleted.
## 7. User rights
You may, at any time:- Request deletion of any submission you sent to our suggestion bot — contact us at the email above. We will delete within 14 days.- Request information about what data we store related to you — same channel.
Because we do not collect data about Pinterest users (other than ourselvesas the account owner), Pinterest user data deletion requests are notapplicable.
## 8. Security
- Access tokens are stored in an environment file (`.env`) on a server we control, with restricted file permissions.- The server runs in a Docker container with no exposed inbound ports.- We do not store credit card information, passwords, or any payment data.
## 9. Children
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do notknowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submittedcontent to our suggestion bot, please contact us for immediate deletion.
## 10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflectedby updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service afterchanges constitutes acceptance.
## 11. Contact
For privacy-related questions or deletion requests:- Email: `yurash612@gmail.com`- Telegram: `@TrueSamyra`
-— This document is provided in English for compliance with international APIprovider review processes (including Pinterest).
