We are currently looking for a Business Development Director for a crypto company that has been in the market for 8 years, TOP-5 within its niche (our partners: Binance, Ledger, Moonpay), 135 employees.

Responsibilities:

Lead the full cycle of partner engagement in the B2B segment - searching, negotiating, contracting;
Management and development of the sales department (6 employees - Sales Department + Account Managers);
Reorganize processes in Sales and Account Departments to increase the efficiency;
Analyze the market and search for new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

High level of English (Native / Advanced);
Experience in fintech / crypto markets as a Business Development Manager / Head of Sales;
2+ years of successful experience in partnering with large B2B clients in the fintech market. You've attracted new clients on your own: found them, connected with them, signed contracts.
