If you have an oily scalp, wash your hair on alternate days.

Hot water will take out all the natural oil from your scalp , which leaves your head and hair dry. Cold water is best for your hairs.

5. Save your hairs from direct sun

We take care of our skin in skin, but neglect our hairs. But sun can harm the hairs as equal as it harms the skin. So protect it from direct sun. Try to cover your hairs while going out in sun.

6. Drink More Water- Internal hydration is equally important as outside moisturization. Drink plenty of water.

7. Use Hair Bands- We love to flaunt our open hair, but do use hair bands to limit the hair exposure to environmental aggressors. Also, Don't pull your hair too tight when making a ponytail or any other hairstyle.

8. Let your hair air-dry- Allow your hair to dry by itself instead of using a blow-dryer or hot rollers. Using this artificial mode of drying technique will make your hair more brittle and dry.

9. Trim your hair regularly- Get your hair trimmed at least every six weeks to eliminate dry, split ends

10. Avoid Hair Styling Products- In rare case, it is fine, but we should avoid using any hair styling product on frequent bases like style get or spray.

11. Avoid washing Hairs with hard water- Salt is not good for hair. So avoid to wash your hairs with hard water.

12. Take Hair SPA regularly- Take Hair SPA once a month, to maintain the natural shine and restore any damage which happened because of other external factors.
