Ми переклали та дещо стисли для вас статтю OSINT-розвідниці та аналітикині Sofia Santos про те, як визначати геолокацію за допомогою одного єдиного інструменту, коли у вас немає змоги звернутися до Перегляду вулиць (бо його там може просто не бути). Посилання на оригінал статті буде в кінці допису.

Уявимо, що нам треба встановити точну локацію зображеного на фотографії місця, яке знаходиться в селі, а отже, погуляти по ньому в гугл мапах у нас не вийде. Ми маємо фото, відео тривалістю 14 секунд, назву села та регіон – Чернігівщина, село Деснянка. Але ж нам потрібні координати.

Аналіз

Спершу нам треба проаналізувати зображення якомога детальніше. Так, з першого погляду може здаватися, що фотографія містить лише дорогу, паркан, декілька будинків та дерев – це все є у будь-якому селі. Але це не так, тому треба детально проаналізувати зображення, адже кожна деталь важлива.

Зліва на фотографії ми бачимо будинки та білу огорожу, яка закінчується на ⅔ довжини будинку. Будинок має темний пірамідальний дах. За цим будинком ми можемо бачити зелений будинок з подібним дахом, за яким розташовані дерева. Також ми можемо бачити стовп, але з цього ракурсу ми не бачимо, на якій частині дороги він розташований. Так само ми не бачимо вікон білого будинку.

Праворуч ми бачимо старий дерев’яний паркан, сухі рослини та два дерева ближче до нас. Ближче до дороги помітний ще один стовп, а біля нього – ще один дерев’яний паркан та будинок, який трохи нижчий за зелений.

Ми бачимо перехрестя, яке розділяє всі ці будинки. Отже, перехрестя – це наш орієнтир.

Через те, що для цього маленького села Перегляд вулиць або Панорама недоступні, ми звертаємося до Google Earth Pro – інструменту, який має бути на озброєнні у кожного ресерчера – і шукаємо село Деснянку.

Звісно, це не місто з безліччю споруд, але це село достатньо велике, аби аналізувати кожен будинок – тим паче більшість будинків тут мають чорний дах. Але ж у нас є орієнтир – перехрестя.

У Деснянці є лише три чотиристоронні перехрестя, які підходять під те, що ми бачили на фото. Згадаємо, що ще ми бачили, окрім дороги – паркани, будинки, дерева та стовпи.

З першого погляду зрозуміло, що потрібне перехрестя те, що на мапі відмічено цифрою 3. Залишилося перевірити.

Перевірка та підтвердження

Перехрестя

На фотографіях нижче можна помітити, що це перехрестя не рівне.

Дах будинку зліва

На супутниковому знімку ми можемо помітити, що це дах тієї самої форми, що ми вже відмічали. Також на знімку видно, що огорожа закінчується на ⅔ будинку.

Стовпи

На фото, яке у нас було відправною точкою, ми бачили два стовпи: один зліва, інший праворуч. Лівий стовп ми бачили між білим та зеленим будинком, але не було зрозуміло, де саме він знаходиться. Відповідь така: він стоїть посеред дороги. Стовп, який був на фото праворуч, також є на супутниковому знімку.

Висновок

Перш ніж точно назвати геолокацію, ми також проаналізували сусідні споруди, паркани, рослинність – все, що було видно на оригінальному знімку. Таким чином задача, яка здавалася дуже складною, була виконана, а використовували ми лише один інструмент – Google Earth Pro, якщо не брати до уваги наш вбудований інструмент – очі та уважність до деталей.

In some ways it is redolent of the 20th Century’s most epic air encounter, the Battle of Britain of 1940 in which the British Royal Air Force fought off the German air force and dished out the first serious defeat to the Nazi war machine. In both cases a greatly outnumbered defending force denied command of the air to more numerous, formidable attacking forces.

In both cases, the defenders were fighting on and above their homeland- every British and Ukrainian defending pilot, maintenance engineer, radar operator and commander knew that there was nowhere to retreat to, and that they stood between a vicious, brutal enemy and their own people and homes. British and Ukrainian defenders relied, and rely on extremely well-trained personnel who had been prepared for exactly the kind of battle they were to fight over several years. In the British case, most of the enemy casualties were caused by the fighter pilots, who are still known as ‘The Few’. In Ukraine’s case, it is predominantly the missile crews causing the Russian air and space force to think again.

However, in both cases the edge lay not in the front line units. Luftwaffe aircrews were very well-trained and combat experienced; their equipment was first class and their tactics highly effective. The Russian VKS also had experience from previous conflicts, though never really against competent opposition. Their pilots too were were relatively well-trained and some of their aircraft are first rate - far more modern than the old jets of the Ukrainian PSU. Few if any air power experts gave the Ukrainians much of a chance.

The secret in both cases was the system, not the aircraft for the British or the missiles for the Ukrainians. The RAF in 1940 operated the first ‘Integrated AIr Defence System’ or IADS, and it was the system, not the pilots that won the battle. Today an IADS is composed of radars for early warning, secure and hardened communications, computers for integration and a centralised command to ensure the right resources are dedicated to the right task. Excellent maintenance and engineering expertise is absolutely vital. Almost all advanced countries have IADS. However, no country could have prepared more efficiently in terms of the vital element of resilience than Ukraine. This is not something that can be done in a few months. This is the work of years of study of previous campaigns, experience and training, training, training.

The Battle of Britain ended after three hard months, with the British holding the skies. it was a very close run thing; had the German strategic leadership made some better decisions, the battle could easily have gone the other way . Time very much worked to the British advantage, as the long summer of 1940 ended and winter skies closed in. This Battle of Ukraine has only just started and the expert missile, radar and ground and aircrews have a long way to go. They must hope for two things. First, that they learn faster than the Russians. Second, that they are permitted to replace their considerable losses and improve the quality of their equipment.

Talk last week of the Americans donating US Patriot anti-aircraft systems is all very well. It will a long time to train crews and to integrate these world-class systems into Ukraine’s IADS. I have no doubt that hard decisions are being taken right now. A heavy toll is being taken of Russian aircraft and precision missiles. However, attrition works both ways. In the air and on the ground time is of the essence, and civilians in Ukraine will pay a high price for prevarication in Washington DC. Time came to the rescue of the RAF in 1940. Time is Ukraine’s enemy today.

Lend-Lease and Western Strategy

The new 'Lend Lease Act constitutes the embodiment of the declared US (and therefore NATO) policy announced by Lloyd Austin to see Russia "weakened to the point that it can’t do things like invade Ukraine”. The sum dedicated to military aid is about $27 billion (out of the total $40 billion announced). I think Russian defence budget this year is about $66 billion.

There should be no ambiguity about this. It is now US (and therefore Nato) policy to damage the Russian armed forces to a degree from which it will take a very long time to recover. The question is how they wish to do that. From the Ukrainian perspective this is very good news indeed - provided the US and its allies maintain their focus on defeating the Russian Army in the field. There are signs that the allies are not aligned with Ukraine on strategic objectives. Ben Wallace, the UK Secretary of Defence, said on Wednesday that the key has to be that we - help Ukraine negotiate from a position of strength, not weakness. And I think that's the most important thing. What they do with that choice is actually up to Ukraine'

This may look fine. However, there is a tension here. The day before he talked about ensuring that 'dishonour and defeat' are the fate of the Russian Army.

These are two very different things, and may point to a reluctance to see, and therefore support, Ukraine to pursue its aims of expelling the Russian Army from its territory. If the US and NATO share the Ukrainian declared objective, the resources set aside by the Lend Lease Act can equip the Ukrainian Army to counterattack in force to retake their land. In material terms, if the West is serious, it must consider equipping the Ukrainian Army with NATO weapons and institutionalise a training programme for Ukrainian soldiers to use them well.

For example, since this is not likely to be a short war, they might consider equipping some new units, or outstanding existing ones such as the First Tank Brigade with some of the many hundreds of M1 Abrams tanks in storage, rather than backfilling losses with old T72s
The next three months will determine if the west is looking to use Ukraine, frankly, as a proxy to embroil Russian forces for months or years - in which case a drip-feed of weapons will continue; or whether is is serious in Wallace's words - in bringing dishonour and defeat to the Russian army.

It must be conceded that there is a danger in 'catastrophic success'. It is entirely possible that Wallace, and others' concern is built around the prospect of Russia escalating to low-yield nuclear weapons in the event of a total collapse of Russian forces. In other words, the intention may not be to 'lock in' a stalemate to continue to bleed Russia, but rather to limit Ukraine's success.

From the strategic perspective, it is vital that both Ukraine and US/UK/NATO are very clear indeed on the answer to the question 'what is the strategic objective?' It is important that their answers are the same.

This does not seem to be the case now.

Heat Map of Russian Cellphones

We don't hear much about the US/NATO war in Afghanistan these days, understandably perhaps. The campaign was a strategic and operational failure. However there was a great many tactical innovations made. One of those was in the advances in the use of signals intelligence for targeting purposes.

Many hundreds of Taliban operators were killed because they persisted in carrying cellphones which were linked to them. The drone or air attacks were directed at their phone signals. Such attacks were known as 'signature strikes. After a few years of this, they learned their lesson and stopped.

I was talking to a friend involved in these strikes who observed (about the heat map of Russian cellphones) 'even the most stupid British soldier knows not to carry a cellphone on operations' .

The fact that there are clearly at least hundreds, or maybe thousands, of Russian troops carrying phones confirms a lack of consciousness of operational security, or carelessness as well as extremely poor discipline as well as a general unprofessional approach.

This much is clear. There is one area which does indeed seem to lie behind Izium where there does seem to be a particular concentration of signals. Looking at its location, it is be a staging area or dispersed billeting zone.

US Targeting Intelligence

As to the US denial that they provide targeting intelligence is interesting. However, one does suspect that there is a little but of sophistry going on. Open source intelligence is clear that NATO intelligence gathering aircraft (and refuelling aircraft, which indicates other assets invisible to eg flightradar24.com) are constantly on patrol. They are not there for curiosity or sightseeing.

One major role is identifying and locating signals sources, such as command posts, individual phones etc, as they did in Afghanistan. Ukraine also has its own excellent signals intelligence units which certainly will be doing targeting -based on the fusion of the information they receive from NATO air, cyber and space assets, and their own.

The Donbas Offensive – As of April 29th

Russian intentions are clearly to try to surround Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation, deployed in the Donbas, and consisting now of around 60,000 troops – about 45% of Ukraine’s total ground forces and the most experienced of its ground forces.

To do this, Russia’s commander, General Aleksandr Dvornikov, is trying to draw a military line south from Kharkiv and north from Mariupol, joining up to isolate the salient to the east in which the JFO have been powerfully dug in since 2014. This line however, is very challenging. More immediately, Russian forces are concerned to draw a shorter line further east across the salient, south from Izium and north from Donetsk to achieve the first part of that encirclement. Key objectives within the salient – and key to control of the Donbas east of that line – are the cities of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk. Russian forces are trying to push north and south, and also pushing westwards from their existing lines against these two key objectives.

So far, no major Russian progress has been made in this encirclement. They are estimated to be advancing at a rate of no more than 2 km per day, seizing many villages but nothing else of strategic value so far. There are several reasons for this:

· The offensive, probably pushed from the Kremlin, got off to a ‘rolling start’ before all the re-deployed Russian troops and equipment were in place. So Russian power will probably increase as the offensive goes on, but the slower opening gives the JFO more time to be re-supplied.

· Russian numbers in the offensive are calculated at 76 Battalion Tactical Groups with another 22 BTGs eventually joining them in the region as a whole. BTG size varies, but that would give Russia a total of between 77,000 and a maximum of 99,000 troops available, as against the 40,000 of the original JFO, now augmented (it is estimated) by another 20,000 released from the Kiev area. So, Russia is well short of the 3:1 force ratio generally regarded as necessary for successful offensives against an enemy properly dug into defensive positions.

· The continued lack of air superiority for Russian forces in the battle area, which leaves its ground forces vulnerable, coupled with Russia’s inability to ‘find-and-fix’ moving targets for its missile or aircraft strikes. Russia’s missile strikes are almost exclusively on fixed targets, whereas Ukraine (with extensive western intelligence help) has been successful against many moving Russian targets of strategic value. Lack of air superiority is a key weakness in Russia’s offensive so far.

· Ukrainian forces can use the time they now have, holding the Russian offensive back for some more days, to receive far more heavy weaponry from Western donors. Ukraine now has more T-72 tanks in the operational area than Russia presently does. It is receiving considerably more artillery than previously – with longer range NATO standard (155mm) guns plus counter-battery radars – that will allow them to hold at longer range Russia’s own (152mm) artillery on which Russia relies so heavily. The supply of MLRS rocket artillery (particularly the US’s M142 systems) would allow Ukraine to match, if not negate, the 60km range of MLRS systems – again holding Russia’s Grad and Smersh MLRS systems at longer ranges. Above all, continuing to deny Russia air superiority through the supply of more aircraft, modern anti-aircraft artillery, drones and radars, from western countries will be one of the key determinants of the outcome of this battle. The critical question revolves around the amount of heavy equipment and air-related kit the Ukrainians can receive and bring to bear before the Russian offensive reaches its maximum military capacity. That window of opportunity for the JFO can be measured at perhaps 2 or 3 weeks but probably not longer than that.

· Other relevant factors involve the spring weather in SE Ukraine which leaves the ground soft for the passage of armoured vehicles and pushes them onto roads, as opposed to being able to fan out over a wide area (a problem for both sides, but more so for Russian forces who need to manoeuvre quickly around fixed Ukrainian defensive positions); the fact that Russian forces that were clearly beaten in Kiev are now being re-deployed immediately into an even tougher battle area in the Donbas; that they have had little time to rest and re-equip and must now fight a different sort of mobile battle with no evident improvement in their ability to operate as ‘combined arms’ units. Ukrainian forces, by contrast, have high morale and have demonstrated, and are now refining, their combined arms abilities. Not least, very poor Russian logistics and supply lines (even of food) constrain the speed and distance any Russian offensive can achieve as it pushes forward. Around Kiev, both the length and inefficiency of Russian communication and supply lines was a critical factor in Russia’s failure. In the Donbas, the length of these lines is less of an issue for Russia, but their inefficiency is a deeper structural problem that will not be addressed merely with some reorganisation.

The judgement that is suggested by this outline is that the Donbas battle is likely to become a stalemate with some Russian gains, as their force levels build up, but no major breakthroughs that would create a genuine encirclement of Ukraine’s JFO.

Implications of this are that:

· Western powers have therefore committed themselves to giving Ukraine unprecedented political, economic and military support, given their judgement that Ukraine is not inevitably destined to be overwhelmed by Russia’s attack, is capable of fighting Russian forces to a standstill, and may even be capable of repulsing Russian forces from their positions since 24 February when the invasion began, and even perhaps from some of the territory seized by Russia in 2014.

· The US has put around $4 billion into military aid to Kiev since 2014, some $3.2 billion of it during 2022. On 28 February President Biden announced he would ask Congress to authorise $33 billion of extra support for Ukraine ‘the bulk of it’ in further military aid. There will be many practical issues arising from allocating such a large amount over a brief period, but the announcement, and the considerable amount involved, indicates;

o That the US is determined to offer a clear lead over the war to other western nations;

o That the US has decided the war will last some time and is indicating that it is prepared to support Ukraine over the long term;

o A signal to the 40 member states in the UN General Assembly who voted against condemning Russian action (5) or who abstained (35) – collectively representing more than 50% of the global population – that the US is strongly committed to countering Russian aggression: the ‘abstainers’ should make a judgement over which countries will ultimately prevail in this war;

o That the US is prepared to move towards ‘escalation dominance’ over the Kremlin – avoiding charges that the US and its allies have been purely reactive whilst Russia has set the agenda so far;

o That the US is prepared to outface Russian threats that such announcements may provoke responses against NATO forces either in, or very close to, NATO territory.

o That the US sees realistic prospects the Ukrainians can ‘prevail on the battlefield’ if they are given the right mix of heavy weapons and appropriate long-range systems; any apparent distinction between ‘defensive’ and ‘offensive’ weapons systems is irrelevant

In short, Biden’s announcement of 28 February is the most significant statement of support the US has offered since the intelligence picture of a Russian invasion emerged in October 2021.

· President Putin’s political rhetoric has become more extensive even as his military objectives have contracted. Unable to countenance a humiliating military failure, he has clearly re-interpreted this war not as a defensive operation against Ukraine, so much as the first priority in a more general struggle against West European ‘Nazis’, who are being manipulated by US ‘Imperialists’, both of whom have taken control of the Ukrainian government since 2014. For the Kremlin, the ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine is now presented as the first stage in the ‘Great Patriotic War 2.0’ to defend Russia itself from its natural enemies. This struggle will have to be played out under 21st Century conditions.

· It is highly likely, given Russia’s chronic shortage of ready forces, that some sort of ‘national mobilisation’ will be declared soon, under the guise of this ‘Great Patriotic War 2.0’. Russia may have sufficient forces (if commanded and used much more effectively than so far) to conquer the Donbas and perhaps eventually to push west to the Moldovan border in order to landlock Ukraine.

· But Russia’s army is too small, even mobilised, to conquer the whole of an unwilling Ukraine and then supress it. (A minimum assumption (ie. 20 troops per 1,000 population – as in Northern Ireland at its peak) suggests a requirement for 800,000 troops permanently operating in such a large country of 45 million – which would require almost a doubling of the standing army of Russia (900,000 effective establishment) to allow for rotation and other roles elsewhere. A maximum assumption, based on force ratios that were actually required in Chechnya (ie. 130 troops per 1,000 population) would require a ground force of 6 million, without any rotation or ability to perform other roles elsewhere. Only brutal suppression over a number of years could reduce these force requirements. ‘Pacification’ would be an impossibility except over the very long term.

· Splitting Ukraine along the line of the River Dnipre, to absorb the eastern third and create a puppet state in the western two thirds, similar to Belarus, looks scarcely more plausible. The eastern third contains some 15 million people who - though 50%-75% Russian speakers and almost 50% of Russian ethnicity – have shown themselves devoted to an independent Ukraine. There is little prospect that even this part of Ukraine could be pacified. And to be even minimally effective such a geographical split in the country would depend on a highly passive client government in Kiev – which could only be achieved through more brutal oppression in the most populous Oblast in the country.

The outcome to date is that Russia is failing to win, and may be actively losing, its re-calibrated military operation in one part of Ukraine. Both Ukrainian and Western policy have – so far – ruled out any prospect of accepting Russian territorial gains made since February 24th. The overall conquest of Ukraine by Russia appears simply impossible. There is now also little prospect that Putin could escape from the war with some ‘respectable’ territorial gains to show his domestic constituency. Putin’s only option is to keep pushing his war aims forward.

The judgement is therefore that this war is reaching a very dangerous moment, where Putin will escalate the stakes for which it is being fought, and western countries now clearly interpret this as a war that will define our current age – a stark choice whether to appease a manifest aggressor or shoulder the burdens and political risks of upholding the international system under the rule of law.

If stalemate ensues on the battlefield, and wider European security risks seem to escalate, the current western resolve may weaken and Kiev might be put under pressure to sacrifice some territory for the sake of stopping the war. That, certainly, might be one Kremlin expectation. But western reactions, and public opinion, are moving against that prospect at the moment. Western opinion in general is hardening against any compromise with Putin’s Russia.

як запобігти злому облікових даних.

Ідентифікація чутливих даних

Перший крок — ідентифікація чутливої інформації: як і де зберігається. Поставте себе на місце конкурента чи зловмисника і, використовуючи методи OSINT, пошукайте інформацію про себе чи свою компанію.

Типи приватних даних людини:

ПІБ;
дата народження;
e-mail;
особистий та корпоративний номери телефонів;
адреса;профілі у соцмережах;
паролі.

Типи приватних даних компанії:

інтелектуальна власність;
бізнес-дослідження;
фінансова інформація;
інформація про співробітників (родина, звички, спосіб життя; клімат у колективі);
інформація про клієнтів;
паролі доступу до ресурсів;
IP, MAC-адреси робочих станцій.

Пошукові системи

Почніть перевірку згадок про особу або компанію в мережі з пошуку в Google, Bing, Yahoo або DuckDuckGo. Використовуйте оператори розширеного пошуку для розширеного пошуку за ключовими словами:

inurl:username – шукає всі сторінки з ім'ям користувача URL;
[your name] intext:[особиста інформація, наприклад номер телефону, ID-карти або адреса] – сторінки, в тексті яких міститься особиста інформація про людину;

Пошук зображень

Сервіси зворотного пошуку зображень використовують систему розпізнавання облич та визначають, на яких сайтах розміщені фотографії того, хто шукає:

Пошук email-акаунтів та паролів у базах витоку

При зломі онлайн-сервісів дані користувачів потрапляють до баз витоків. Зловмисники використовують бази, щоб зрозуміти логіку створення паролів; з'ясувати, чи не повторюються. Мета – вкрасти особистість або отримати несанкціонований доступ до комп'ютерних систем та онлайн-сервісів. Для перевірки акаунтів та паролів у базах витоку використовуються послуги:

Haveibeenpwned;
Google Passwords (перевірка витоків паролів, збережених в обліковому записі Google);
Spy Cloud;
Ghost Project;
pwndb2am4tzkvold.onion (вхід через Tor-browser).

Google Passwords Check перевіряє в базах витоку не тільки пароль до облікового запису електронної пошти, але й паролі до інших сервісів, збережені в Google

Аналіз вразливостей та оцінка ризиків

Складіть таблицю або схему з відомими акаунтами, юзернеймами та іменами. Вкажіть телефони та адреси електронної пошти, вказані під час реєстрації або як контактні дані.

Визначте слабкі місця, які використовуються для отримання доступу до приватних даних та оцініть рівень ризику, пов'язаний з кожною вразливістю. Чинники для оцінки рівня ризику:

ймовірність виникнення атаки;
ступінь шкоди;
обсяг робіт та час, який потрібно для відновлення.

Чим вірогідніша і небезпечніша атака, тим більший пріоритет усунення відповідної вразливості. У межах аналізу визначається, яку інформацію залишити публічною, а яку краще приховати чи видалити. Не забувайте, що один раз введена пошта або мобільний телефон у розділі контактів скомпрометовані назавжди.

Застосування заходів

Залежно від ступеня ризику, методи захисту даних включають створення складних паролів або passphrase, приховування геолокації, заповнення акаунта хибними відомостями та вигаданими історіями або повне видалення даних. Проте контроль – це ілюзія. Все що потрапило до Інтернету, залишається там назавжди. Навіть якщо дотримуватися головного правила безпеки, мовчання, результат не гарантований. Нижченаведені правила захистять від базового збору інформації, проте якщо вами зацікавляться всерйоз – знайдуть усі.

Базові правила операційної безпеки:

Розділяйте облікові записи. Вигадуйте випадкові імена e-mail-акаунтів для особистого використання. Створюйте окремі акаунти для фінансових операцій, реєстрації в соцмережах та загального призначення.
Не повторюйте паролі. Використовуйте менеджер паролів, щоб генерувати окремі паролі для кожного онлайн-сервісу. Для додаткового захисту налаштуйте двофакторну аутентифікацію.
Видаляйте метадані, приховуйте геолокацію. У 2012 році програміста і бізнесмена Джона Макафі оголошено в розшук за підозрою у вбивстві. Переховуючись від поліції Беліза, Макафі вів блог про втечу разом із журналістом видання Vice Magazine Рокко Касторо. Місцезнаходження Макафі у Гватемалі розкрило фото у пості: знято на iPhone та містило метадані EXIF, включаючи геолокацію.

«We are with John McAfee right now, suckers!» — похвалилися Vice у грудні 2012 року та опублікували фото з геолокацією. Як казав, Барнум: «There’s a sucker born every minute».

Проте залишаються підказки на фото: силуети будівель, рекламні вивіски, відображення у дзеркалі, тип розетки, документи на робочому столі. Такі деталі полегшують ідентифікацію особи, пошук розташування офісу або домашньої адреси, а також становлять уявлення про спосіб життя шуканої цілі.

Фото з бейджами знадобляться зловмисникам під час атак методами соціальної інженерії

Навчіться мовчати. Розміщення вмісту в мережі — загроза конфіденційності. Соціальні мережі живляться емоціями, спонукаючи ділитися враженнями. Перш ніж публікувати коментарі чи фото, подумайте: чи дає це зловмиснику інформацію для створення досьє на людину чи компанію. Також навчіть мам не публікувати фотографії в Facebook або у випадку з рф у «Одноклассниках», щоб роботодавець або партнер не знайшов подробиць сімейних зборів, дитячих хвороб і подорожей.

Руські мами вельми привітно зливають в «Однокласниках» фотографії своїх діточок після сімейних заходів.

Заповнення акаунта хибними відомостями

Так буде досягнуто три мети одночасно: збережено привітний і заслуговуючий на довіру образ, завуальовані цілі і відправлені за помилковим слідом конкуренти.

Не використовуйте дату народження, вводьте її випадково під час реєстрації облікових записів.
Не вводьте повне ім'я або використовуйте імена для кожного облікового запису.
Для непублічних облікових записів використовуйте випадкові зображення профілю. Наприклад, портрети, що згенеровані AI. Переконайтеся, що фото є унікальними для кожного сайту, щоб запобігти знаходженню зв'язків між ними за допомогою зворотного пошуку зображень.

Generated Photos використовує AI для створення портретів неіснуючих людей

Створюйте файли-пастки, що містять фейкові облікові дані або фінансову звітність. Використовуйте сервіс Canary Tokens щоб отримувати повідомлення при відкритті файлів та відстежити IP-адресу DNS-сервера зловмисника. Сервіс IP Logger генерує посилання для розміщення всередині файлів пасток або дискредитованих каналів зв'язку, щоб відстежити IP-адресу та локацію хакера.

На вигляд – звичайний документ (ліворуч), але в метаданих міститься код. Сервіс Canary Tokens надсилає повідомлення (праворуч) при кожному відкритті файлу Microsoft Word.

Видалення даних

Видалити себе з інтернету неможливо. Відкриті державні реєстри містять інформацію про транспортні засоби, нерухомість, судові справи – ці дані неможливо видалити. Веб-архіви зберігають історичні фотографії сайтів. Реально видалити акаунти, що не використовуються, виключити себе з баз даних інформаційних брокерів, відправити запит на видалення публікацій у соцмережах та на інших сайтах:

Видалення облікових записів, що не використовуються. Перейдіть до каталогу прямих посилань для видалення облікових записів, що не використовуються. Пам'ятайте, що краще видалити обліковий запис, ніж заблокувати або деактивувати. При деактивації обліковий запис технічно залишається онлайн і доступний для пошуку.
Виняток із баз даних інформаційних брокерів. Сайти пошуку людей, або «брокери даних» (Pipl, Acxiom, WhitePages), збирають та продають персональну інформацію з відкритих реєстрів та соцмереж. Щоб виключити профайл із баз даних, надішліть запит на електронну пошту власників або адміністраторів. Якщо на сайті немає контактів, зверніться до каталогу WHOIS та дізнайтесь контакти власника. У ряді сервісів видалення профайлу доступне за допомогою онлайн-форми. Список посилань та інструкцій – у статті Vice.
Видалення публікацій у результатах пошуку, соцмережах та на інших сайтах. Якщо хочете, щоб у результатах пошуку більше не з'являлися персональні дані, зв'яжіться з власником сайту, на якому вони опубліковані. Після того, як інформація видаляється, Google не зможе знаходити і додавати результати пошуку. Якщо власник сайту відмовиться виконати прохання, Google заблокує деякі типи особистих даних. Аналіз активностей з погляду конкурента чи зловмисника – перший крок із захисту приватних даних. Використовуйте методи OPSEC, щоб нейтралізувати спроби зловмисників вкрасти особистість, запобігти збору інформації конкурентами, приховати від майбутнього роботодавця юнацькі дурниці або уникнути питань у правоохоронних органів. Якщо немає часу на вивчення технік OPSEC — звертайтеся до спеціалізованих агенцій, які виконають повну перевірку вразливостей.

Who carved a swastika on a woman's body? An Italian photographer who fell victim to propaganda

We publish another independent investigation by the Molfar team. Today we will consider a very interesting case: body scarring, Nazi symbols and fake accusations. This is a terrible crime and we are very sorry for this girl. We honor her death. But our task is to show how russian propaganda cynically uses such terrible things for its own purposes.

In general: we found the real participants of the event, established their motives and came to an objective conclusion.

If you do not have time to read the whole investigation, then here is a short summary with conclusions.

Briefly about the results of the investigation

The woman was photographed by Italian photographer Gabriele Micalizzi, who was part of a team of russian soldiers. In his Instagram, he wrote that the woman was tortured to death, had a Nazi swastika carved on her body and then strangled. An interesting fact is that he concluded that the Ukrainian military did it because the woman's body was covered with a jacket from the Armed Forces of Ukraine uniform set. There is no other evidence. The photographer left a note that in fact "at the moment I have no other information and details about the case" – but the russian propaganda media has already used this information to their advantage.

We searched for the photographer and found that he had been showing events in Ukraine since 2015. And he did it exclusively from a pro-russian position. The reason is also very interesting – his friend died in 2014, when the war in Ukraine began in the Donbass. Then russian propaganda said that the shooting and murder were the work of Ukrainian nationalists – and he believed. Direct quote:

“The head of the army of the self-proclaimed Donetsk Republic claims that the position was shelled by the Ukrainian army”.

So, as a man under propaganda, he began to seek revenge. That is why he showed history exclusively from a pro-russian position. That is, it became one of the tools of propaganda. As for the swastika, this case is not related to the activities of the photographer.

As for the swastika. Earlier, the russian side has been spotted creating swastikas on the territory of Ukraine to confirm the statements of russian propaganda about the "spreading of Nazism in Ukraine." Russian mercenary Pavel Fuks was involved in these cases. A direct quote from a journalistic investigation.

“Multiple sources tell Rolling Stone that a Ukrainian businessman offered payouts for a false flag operation aimed at bolstering Putin’s claim that Ukraine was a Nazi hotbed”.

How the Italian photographer Gabriele Micalizzi has been showing the war in Ukraine since 2015

Before the war:

— In February 2015, he was in Donetsk, took a photo of the destroyed airport and a photo for an article about one of the commanders of the pro-russian separatists of Donbass Mikhail Tolstoy, "Givi", who commanded the "Somalia" battalion and took part in the capture of the airport.

— On February 21, 2022, he was in Donetsk, took a photo of a car with a pro-russian inscription for an article about russia's recognition of the DPR and LPR as independent republics.

Since the beginning of russia's full-scale war in Ukraine, he has made three posts on Instagram:

— The first post is a close-up of a russian tank traveling to Mariupol.

— The second post is a photo of destruction and corpses from Donbass with the caption "dirt, blood and death". Several photos in the post were taken in the village of Mykolaivka, Volnovakha district, which has been under russian control since February 24, 2022. Some photos from the post published on the CESURA website in the description (photo 1, photo 2) indicate the location of Mykolayivka near Bugas. Also in the last photo in the post at the background you can see a tank with the so-called "russian swastika" - marked "Z".

— The third post is a post with a swastika on a woman's body and a signature stating that in the basement of the school, which was allegedly used as a base of Azov militants, the DPR army found the corpse of a woman with traces of beatings, torture and a swastika carved on her body, covered with Ukrainian military uniform. In addition to the corpse, there are also photos of destroyed Mariupol. Comments on the post are disabled.

Additional evidence that the swastika photograph is the work of russian propagandists

The first mention of this woman was in a video of American journalist Patrick Lancaster on March 27. It was filmed in the basement of school №25 in Mariupol, according to the journalist, weapons and uniforms of Ukrainian soldiers were found on the spot. Also in the video, a DPR fighter with the call sign "Squirrel" and a chevron on the sleeve "sex, weapons & corvalol" comments on the situation in russian. According to him, the Ukrainian military left their uniforms in the basement, changed into civilian clothes, took ammunition and ran away. Evidence that the uniform belongs to the Ukrainian army shows stripes with Ukrainian flags and names written in Ukrainian letters, the DPR fighter admits that chevrons that would prove membership in specific units "few", the video shows three chevrons of the National Guard, one of which is the chevron of the tank search department. He says there were probably fighters from the Azov Battalion as well – but without evidence.

He also claims that military women were at the base, based on the fact that they found a size 38 uniform. In addition, evidence that this base belonged to the Ukrainian military is called the Ukrainian flags and blue stripes on a civilian car scattered in the basement.

Other videos on the Patrick Lancaster channel since the beginning of the war were filmed in the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the troops of the russian federation and the DPR, all of which reflect the position of russian propaganda. Prior to that, since 2014, the channel has covered events in the Crimea and Donbas, also by propagandist claimings.

Коротко про результати дослідження

Причина теж вельми цікава – в нього помер друг в 2014, коли почалася війна в Україні на Донбасі. Тоді російська пропаганда сказала, що постріл і вбивство це справа рук українських націоналістів – і він повірив. Пряма цитата:

“Глава ополчення самопроголошеної Донецької республіки стверджує, що вогонь вела українська армія”.

ПОСИЛАННЯ НА ДЖЕРЕЛО

Відтак, він як людина під пропагандою – почав шукати помсти. А тому висвітлював історію виключно з проросійської позиції. Тобто став одним із інструментів пропаганди.

Що стосується свастики. Раніше російська сторона вже була помічена у створенні свастик на території України задля підтвердження заяв російської пропаганди про “розповсюдженість нацизму в Україні“. У цих справах був замішаний російський найманець Павел Фукс. Пряма цитата із журналістського розслідування.

“Кілька джерел повідомляють Rolling Stone, що український бізнесмен запропонував виплати за операцію під фальшивим прапором, спрямовану на підтвердження твердження Путіна про те, що Україна є осередком нацистів”.

До деяких фотографій з поста, опублікованих на сайті CESURA в описі (фото1, фото2) вказано місце зйомки Миколаївка поряд з Бугасом. Також на крайньому фото в пості на задньому плані видно танк із так званою “російською свастикою” — позначенням "Z".

— Третій пост це пост із свастикою на тілі жінки і підписом про те, що в підвалі школи, який нібито використовувався як база Азова, армією “ДНР” було знайдено труп жінки зі слідами побоїв, тортур та вирізаної на тілі свастикою, прикритої українською військовою формою, крім трупа також є фотографії зруйнованого Маріуполя. Коментарі до посту вимкнуто.

Додаткові підтвердження того, що фотографія зі свастикою – це справа рук російських пропагандистів

Перша згадка про цю жінку була у відео американського журналіста Patrick Lancaster за 27 березня. Воно було зняте в підвалі школи №25 у Маріуполі, за словами журналіста, на місці було знайдено зброю та форму українських солдатів. Також у відео ситуацію коментує російською мовою боєць “ДНР” із позивним “Білка” та нашивкою на рукаві “секс, зброя & корвалол”. За його словами, українські військові залишили свою форму у підвалі, переодяглися у цивільний одяг, забрали боєприпаси та втекли. З доказів приналежності форми військам України показані нашивки з українськими прапорами та прізвищами, написаними українськими літерами, боєць ДНР визнає, що шевронів, які б доводили приналежність до конкретних підрозділів “небагато”, на відео зображено три шеврони Нацгвардії, один з яких це шеврон відділу пошуку танків. Він каже, що, ймовірно, також були бійці батальйону "Азов" – але без доказів.

Також стверджує, що на базі були у тому числі жінки-військові на підставі того, що знайшли форму 38 розмірів. Окрім цього, доказами того, що ця база належала українським військовим називають розкидані у підвалі прапори України та блакитні смужки на цивільному автомобілі.

Інші відео на каналі Patrick Lancaster з початку війни було знято на тимчасово окупованій військами рф та “ДНР” території України, всі вони відображають позицію російської пропаганди. До цього з 2014 року канал висвітлював події в Криму та на Донбасі, також зі сторони пропагандистів.

This is the second part of the article on the methods of russian propaganda that the russian government uses to start and continue war. Since Ukraine is not the first victim of russia's fascist policy towards "brotherly nations", we have the opportunity to factually confirm the military algorithms of the aggressor.

We remind you that in the first part of the article we talked about the example of Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine in 2022 how the russian government starts a war.

In this article, we will consider the methodology of the russian government for the shelling and bombing of civilian objects. For examples we use current events in Ukraine.

Before we begin, we would like to note that the main position of russian propaganda is the statement that "we do not shoot at civilian targets". This position is broadcast everywhere: to the population of russia, to the political circle of other countries, and even to the Ukrainians. But the truth is that civilian objects are under attack. And if there is evidence of guilt of the russian military, the propaganda begins to justify them using a pre-established "methodology".

General scheme to justify shelling of civilian objects

Make a statement that "Azov militants have settled in a specific building or place." Or to say that "Ukrainian nationalist groups" can use a specific place to provoke russia.
Bomb and / or artillery strike on the announced object.
If civilians are injured in the attack, and this information begins to enter the russian media, make an official statement: "The accusation is fake, russian troops do not strike at civilians".
If information continues to spread and new evidence emerges, continue to claim that this is a provocation and that in fact the building housed militants of nationalist groups.

russia continues its policy of aggression towards the territories of neighboring countries.
To justify its aggression and deny the facts of war crimes, the russian government is working according to the methodology: there are nationalists, they shoot themselves, there are lots of fakes everywhere, we bring peace to everyone around.
It always ends in assassinations and war, in which the aggressor is the imperial government of russia.

We hope that after this material there will be no more questions about who russia is and with what peace it goes to others. When you do an investigation, you see far more facts than you state. But even these facts are enough to get an idea of the russian federation, which attacked Ukraine and which will very much regret it very soon.

Ч 2. "Методичка" російської пропаганди: як виправдовувати вбивство мирного населення

Це друга частина статті про методи російської пропаганди, які уряд рф використовує для початку і ведення війни. Оскільки Україна – не перша жертва фашистської політики рф по відношенню до “братських народів”, у нас є можливість фактологічно підтвердити військові алгоритми агресора.

Нагадуємо, що у першій частині статті ми на прикладі Грузії у 2008 році і України у 2022 році розказали як уряд рф починає війну.

У цій статті ми розглянемо “методичку” уряду рф щодо обстрілу та бомбардування цивільних об’єктів. Для прикладів використаємо актуальні події в Україні.

Перш ніж почати, хочемо зауважати, що головна позиція пропаганди рф це твердження що “ми не стріляємо по цивільних об’єктах”. Ця позиція транслюється усюди: і населенню рф, і політичному колу інших країн, і навіть українцям. Але ж правда в тому, що цивільні об’єкти піддаються атакам. І якщо з’являються докази провини військових рф, пропаганда починає виправдання по завчасно складеній “методичці”.

Загальна схема виправдання обстрілу цивільних об'єктів

Зробити заяву, що в конкретній будівлі або місці “засіли бойовики Азова”. Або сказати, що “українські націоналістичні угрупування” можуть використати якесь конкретне місце задля провокації рф.
Нанести бомбовий та/або артилерійський удар по анонсованому об‘єкту.
Якщо у результаті атаки постраждали мирні жителі, і ця інформація починає поступати в російський медіапростір, зробити офіційну заяву: “звинувачення це фейк, російські війська не наносять ударів по мирним жителям”.
Якщо інформація продовжує ширитись та з‘являються нові докази руйнування цивільних об‘єктів і вбивства мирних жителів російською армією, продовжувати стверджувати що це провокація і що насправді в будівлі знаходились бойовики націоналістичних угруповань.

У Telegram-каналі “Новостной агрегатор ЛНР ДНР” з’явилось повідомлення про те, що у Маріупольському драмтеатрі нібито готується диверсія зі сторони України – 12.03.2022
Бойовики рф скинули бомбу на будівлю драмтеатру, у якому за різними оцінками знаходилось до 1500 мирних жителів – 16.03.2022
Уряд рф звинуватив у вибуху бойовиків азова, назвавши вибух провокацією і дискредитацією військових рф – 16.03.2022
Російські ЗМІ продовжують стверджувати що вибух у драмтеатрі це фейк, і що руйнування спричинені підривом замінованої будівлі українськими військовими з метою “провокації рф” – 17.03.2022

Насправді ж вибух був спричинений бойовиками рф, команда Molfar робила розслідування цієї події для британського інтернет-видання The Times.

Окремого розслідування цієї події ми не робили, тому що кількість доказів використання ідентичного сценарію виправдання руйнування громадських об’єктів достатньо. А щоб підтвердити ефективність “методички” пропонуємо ще раз повернутись у 2008 рік до Грузії.

Як це було із бомбовим ударом по місту Горі

Грузинська телекомпанія "Руставі-2" повідомила про обстріл міста Горі трьома Су-24 ВПС Росії, один із яких був збитий – 08.08.2008

Генштаб збройних сил рф спростував твердження грузинської сторони про те, що російська бойова авіація завдає ударів по грузинським населеним пунктам – 11.08.2008

Також пропонуємо додатково розглянути кейс, у якому наведено приклад поведінки уряду рф вже після завершення військових дій. Коли обстріли було припинено, рф “на довгій дистанції” продовжила звинувачувати Грузію, щоб і надалі виправдовувати свою військову агресію.

Щоб виправдати свої незаконні дії, рф виставляє Грузію винною у геноциді громадян Південної Осетії. У серпні 2008 року російські ЗМІ багаторазово звинувачують грузинських військових у розстрілі мирних громадян – 18.08.2008

Згідно з Головними положеннями доповіді ЄС про війну Росії з Грузією, звинувачення в геноциді, що висувалися проти Грузії з боку Росії та Південної Осетії, не мали доказів. Число загиблих і постраждалих з південноосетинської сторони виявилося значно нижчим (162 особи), ніж затверджувалося спочатку Російською стороною (приблизно дві тисячі загиблих) – 30.09.2009

Висновки по тактичній методичці рф для ведення війни

Росія продовжує загарбницьку політику по відношенню до територій сусідніх держав.
Щоб виправдати свою агресію і заперечити факти воєнних злочинів, уряд рф працює по методичці: там націоналісти, вони самі стріляють, це фейки, ми несемо мир всім навколо.
Це завжди закінчується вбивствами і війною, у якій агресором виступає імперський уряд рф.

Сподіваємось, що після цього матеріалу не залишиться більше питань щодо того, хто така Росія і з яким миром вона йде до інших. Коли робиш розслідування, бачиш значно більше фактів, аніж наводиш. Але навіть цих фактів достатньо щоб скласти уявлення щодо рф, яка напала на Україну і яка дуже сильно про це пошкодує.

We will release this article in two parts. This is the first part, it describes the strategic actions of russian propagandists. The result of these actions is always the same – the beginning of a bloody war, which the russian government justifies in its favor.

In this part, we will consider how the Russian government started the war in Georgia in 2008, and how it was done in Ukraine in 2022. The scheme is the same, the chronology is restored.

The general scheme of the introduction of Russian troops into the countries of "brotherly nations"

The country has the opportunity and desire to join the EU and / or NATO.
russian federation is launching a campaign to misinform the population. Allegedly, a wave of "Russophobia" is growing in this country and real Nazis have come to power.
Information on russia's "right to security" starting to spread through all channels. In other words, NATO is a danger to Russia, and Russia must respond to NATO's hostile actions.
Preparation of the basis for the attack begins. In 100% of cases, russia accuses the United States of cheating the population and trying to distract the population from russia. Propaganda begins to work in full power.
Then russia is trying to scare the country by building troops near its borders.
After the attempt to scary the country, russia immediately announces the launch of a peacekeeping mission or special operation on the territory of this country.
Propaganda begins to talk about the atrocities of the enemy army. Also, all strikes on civilian targets are presented as fakes, because Russian "warriors of light" by definition cannot do so.
Russia is occupying part of the country and do everything possible to create an artificial government in this area. Also, the propaganda boosts the joy of "freed people" from the arrival of "liberators".

Conclusions on the strategic methodology of the Russian Federation for the beginning of the war

1. russia will finally break its teeth. And he will break them against our army and people.

2. We can argue for a long time about the causes and preconditions of the armed conflicts of the late years, in which Russia was directly involved, but the fact remains – the monster must be stopped.

Otherwise, the strategic methodology of bringing "peace" to neighboring countries will continue to be used as long as Russia has enough strength.
