Арендное направление делится на 2 типа:

Аренда квартир/домов и других строений, которое сдается частными лицами.

Аренда Отелей и тп, которое сдается юр лицами.

В этой лекции мы поговорим о контакте с частными лицами как вы поняли.

Все взаимодействия с частным лицом строятся через сервис посредник

напрямую в кардинге отношения строить нельзя ( этоследует запомнить!)

всегда должна быть та сторона, которая страдает.

В данном направлении страдает сервис посредник к примеру Vrbo/Airbnb.

На 2020 год это направление в кардинге я считаю самым развивающимся и доходопополняющим.

В данной тематике я уже 3ий год, и всегда есть работа, бывает конечно подкручивают фрод, но всегда наступает рассвет.

есть одно но, так как ситуация с короной опять бьет ключом, из за этого все не очень стабильно

об этом я расскажу во второй лекции

В отличии от кардинга отелей вам легче найти обьект под залив или заселение.

А с учетом количества обьектов, работая в направление аренды апартаментов вы можете иметь занятость 24/7

Собственно именно такую занятость я и имею.

Для начала расскажу вам короткую схему о понимании всего процесса.

На сайте Airbnb/vrbo Представлено огромное множество обьектов во всех странах мира ( за некоторыми исключениями).

Вы как кардер выбираете себе жертву для отдыха/залива, перед этим подготовив материал для вбива

после прогревания вашего аккаунта на сервисе вы переходите к вбиву

получаете чек об успехе, связываетесь с частным лицом и договариваетесь о заселении.

Для того чтобы вам работать необходим минимальный инструментарий, для начала работы.

Я бы рекомендовал заходить с таких инструментов как Сфера + набор соксов + доступ к шопу с картоном.

Настройка сферы для вашей работы примитивная

создаете рандом конфиг и работаете, главное, что надо сделать это отключить sphere gl

Эта функция сильно нам мешает, багается частенько графика, при загрузке фото и видео, а это нам понадобится.

Немного расскажу про набор соксов, требуемых для работы.

Для себя я выделил несколько лидеров в этом направлении

Luxsocks чистые и мобильные соксы по приятному прайску, минус этого сервиса платная регистрация в 500 usd.

Средний срок жизни 30 минут - час.

Faceless очень дорогие соксы 2-4usd по чистоте средние, главный плюс сервиса срок жизни сокса 24 часа + возможное продление.

911.re Считаю идеальным вариантом по соотношению цена качество. Если берете 1200 соксов, то себестоимость сокса выходит рублей 5 примерно. По чистоте эти соксынейтральные, срок жизни рандомный, но зачастую составляет от 5 часов, для нашей работы этого вполне хватает. Минус соксов — требуется настройка для работы с 911. ( невозможно поставить на линукс/мак/воткнуть в роутер и тп)

Ниже я оставлю гайд для настройки 911, думаю в будущем многому кому понадобится, не будем на этом заострять внимание, если вам нужно изучите после лекции.

слева указан диапазон портов, поставьте 20001-20050 и нажмите Save справа рядом

Перейдите на вкладку ProxyList и используя фильтры получите список прокси

пр.клик по нужному соксу -> Forward to Port -> 20001 (Free)

для еще одного -> 20002 (Free) и т.д., будут работать одновременно

внизу слева нажмите ForwardPortList

увидите список в котором отмечены соксы, которые вы уже выбрали для проксификации и свободные

например, 45.16.57.24:20001

и 45.16.57.24:20002 и т.д.

в сфере создаете соединение Socks5 127.0.0.1:20001 без логина и пароля. Обязательно нужно поставить customDNS, можете поставить 1.1.1.1

в другой сессии тоже самое, но порт :20002

Если вы хотите использовать прокси повторно, то справа от ProxyList есть другой список

и там нужно сделать пр.клик по прокси и нажать Connect

для этого нужно чтобы LinkenSphere.exe из папки с программой было в Programs

а в сфере для соединения с этим прокси пишете данные вверху, которые отмечены синим

обычно, это тот же ip и рендомный порт, например127.0.0.1:38601

Некоторые баги, которые могут возникать при работе с прокси 911.

Если ваш сокс не работает, убедитесь в следующем.

если версия меньше 7.92 - могли не прописать customDNS, начиная с 7.92 - customDNS необязателен ( это про сферу )

сокс может быть дохлый

иногда тупит их софтина, нужно ее перезагрузить

проверить все ли по ману сделано - Other tools и т.д

Блек листы не так важно для меня, но если больше 4 блек листов я не использую такой сокс

Если вы не имеете никакого представления о том как зарабатывать на аренде, вы будете приятно удивленны.

№1Заработок на туристическом направлении.

Выарендуете для туристов квартиры/дома и тп, получаете деньги, ваша главная задача забронировать обьект, дождаться чека и не словить отмену бронирования.

Наотмены влияют, грамотный прогрев аккаунта, чистота ваших соксов, детект вашей системы. Про прогрев у меня уже была лекция, черпайте информацию оттуда.

Средний процент под заселение это 35-40 процентов. То есть квартира стоит 1000 долларов в неделю , вы бронируете ее для человека получаете 350-400 долларов. Ваши затраты на это дело 0,1 — 4 доллара на сокс5 + 5-25 долларов на сс, считайте вашу прибыль)

№2Поиск Обьектов под заливы.

Если вы коммуникабельный человек, это профессия хорошо подойдет для вас. Вы ищите обьект под залив договариваетесь о своей доле и доле заливщика, в среднем вам 20, обьекту 30, заливщику 50. Минус сервиса верификация аккаунта — требуется селфи. Существует несколько вариантов обхода селфи :

№2 Делать селфи на дропа/на видео ( используйтеmanycam)

Так же сервис требователен до документов, сканирует верность мрз кода, это стоит учитывать.

Огромным минусом сервиса явялется наличие 3d. Про эту систему вам уже рассказывали на лекциях по этому не буду углублятся, скажу лишь одно, что вам необходимо будет искать и тестировать бины non vbv для удачной работы здесь.

Про Vrbo

Имеет более плавающий фрод нежели Airbnb и довольно непонятный.

Минусом сервиса является его негласность, очень мало людей работет по нему, по этому и информации в сети меньше.

Так же помимо частных лиц, здесь встречаются и юр лица.

Плюсом же является отсутствие 3д/vbv. Нет селфиверификации аккаунта.

Локальные сервисы по аренде жилья.

Не стоит упираться в 2 популярных сервиса.

Существует огромное количество подобных сервисов в локальных странах.

Ваша задача найти подобный сервис с онлайн оплатой, сделать это довольно несложно.

Плюс такой работы в том, что зачастую в локальных сервисах попросту отсутствует фрод система, вы можете вбивать с дырявых соксов и с 10 карт, и вы получите свои деньги.

Минусом является то, что сложновато найти обьект под залив, но все возможно.

к этому, сервис быстро умирает и подкручивает фрод, так что если вы нашли такой сервис надо доить его максимально быстро.

Для поиска подобных сервисов используйте впны/соксы под страну, где хотели бы найти таковой сервис + ключевые фразы на подобии Rent apartment Tokio.

Азиатский рынок в вопросе аренды как отелей так и апартаментов очень слабо изучен. Я лично считаю многие ленятся туда лезть, так что надеюсь кто-то из вас изучит это направление.

Вообще по секрету скажу, азиатский рынок в каржиндустрии изучен меньше всего, из за языкового барьера. Это будет вам пищей для размышления)

На сайте booking.com / expedia.com и других подобных ресурсах, вы можете увидеть огромное количество обьектов, сдаваемых частными лицами.

Такие обьекты отлично подхоят нам при условии, если за обработку платежа отвечает сама платформа. Что это значит?

Обьясняю, за пример возьем букинг берем любые аппартаменты, которые не являются юр лицом, это логически понятно, сдается частная квартира — значит частник, переходим по ссылке и видим следующие

Это означает, что скорее всего этот обьект принимает деньги наличностью, в следствии чего нам он не подходит, для того чтобы убедиться в этом надо пройти к чекауту и посмотретькогда с вам взимается оплата.

В целом, все точно так-же, звоним, просим дать возможность оплатить, получаем форму, оплачиваем

Есть возможность вообще даже с формой не связываться, а продиктовать номер карты, дату, cvv код прям по телефону и списать деньги

Но есть важные детали.

Если мы возьмем

Лекция довольно объемная, читать нужно внимательно. Так как завтра у нас будет лекция по авиабилетам, и она по факту повторение сегодняшней, в сжатом виде, и с небольшими уточнениями (методы работы одни и те же)
Как обычно, лекция поделена на 2 части, это теория и вопрос-ответ
В свою очередь теория делится на 3 части, после каждой из которых я даю 5 минут на то, что бы вы переосмыслили все, записали вопросы, и задали мне после лекции
Для начала, небольшая вводная. Всегда отдавайте себе отчет, что скарженый отель — это лишь ВОЗМОЖНАЯ скидка, и отдыхать таким способом без наличия в кармане суммы равной кассе сделанного отеля - занятие куда более экстремальное, нежели прыжки с парашютом.
Как я уже говорила выше, у нас будет три направления работы, и они очень тесно вяжутся с тем, что мы будем обсуждать по авиа. А так-же мы частично затрагиваем нашу прошлую лекцию по ЕУ.
Потому, прошу очень внимательно отнестись именно к сегодняшней лекции, так как одно вытекает из другого, и по факту вся основная часть - именно в сегодняшней лекции.
Теперь к направлениям:

Пишете отрисовщику
заказываете у него отрисовку карты с двух сторон, паспорт, и заполнение этой формы

Очень хорошим дополнением к этой схеме являлся бы собственный сайт с продажей путевок
И было бы круто, если бы сайт (доменное имя) было зарегано давно
Найти такой домен можно прямо на рег.ру, или же на форумах вроде серчэнгинс.гуру
Берете домен которому несколько лет, заказываете сайтик с турами за 5-10к рублей, пишете красивые текста
и в случае слета, если приедут общаться с гостями полицейские - это очень сильно сыграет на руку
Никогда не платите по форме от имени гостя
Это многим кажется самым простым вариантом, но в таком случае вы просто не оставляете шанса вашему путешественнику. Всегда говорите, что вы хотите оплатить ЗА КОГО-ТО
Т.е. в сухом остатке схема выглядит так: Звоните в отель, просите оплатить за своего клиента, просите форму, заполняете данные, шлете форму и доки которые просит отель, отправляете все это в отдел размещения отеля, и ждете чеков об оплате
Иногда отель тупо забывает прислать вам чек, в этом случае ждете 2-4 часа, и звоните туда еще раз. До чеков в отель не ехать
так же важный момент в самой форме

ни в коем случае не ставить галочки все расходы
Отель работает так:
Пришла форма
списали первой транзой денежку за проживание плюс налоги
И следом списали минимальный депозит для минибара
и когда вы или ваш гость начинает куражить по отелю, брать все услуги в спа, покупать себе кристал за пару штук зеленных
каждое его действие, если поставите галочку, будет в виде транзакции с карты
То есть пошел, поел, записал на номер - отель списал сумму того что он наел
пошел на массаж - отель списал
А учитывая, что списания идут через обычный POS терминал (с функцией ручного ввода он же мэил ордер) - они могут увидеть там ошибку, по которой это невозможно.
И дай Бог, что бы ошибка была - отклонено банком эмитентом, позвоните в банк
а не надпись с писклявым звуковым сопровождением
"Карта украдена, изъять"
Поэтому, если вам нужен депозит для оплаты услуг в отеле
Заполняйте еще одну форму
Указывайте в ней четкую сумму, которую нужно списать с карты. И не ставьте галочку все расходы.
Еще один важный момент
не используйте карту той страны, в которой отель
С формой закончили
Иногда, отель дает вместо формы - ссылку на оплату отеля в которой заранее забита сумма
и вам лишь остается завести данные карты и оплатить
но в 99% случаев они с вбв
поэтому этот момент я даже не буду обсуждать, лучше вместо этой ссылки идти к пункту 3 сразу

Переходим ко второму способу
Бонусы, мили, реварды
Думаю у каждого из вас есть карты типа сбера аэрофлот, тинькофф трэвел и так далее
И при оплате билетов или отелей с помощью этих карт вам начисляются мили, за которые потом можно взять себе билет на самолет, либо в отель
Таких программ лояльности очень много
условно они делятся на 2 категории
банковские бонусы
это то, что нам дает тинькоф, сбер и все остальные банки
и вторая категория - реварды конкретных сетей отелей, авиакомпаний, сайтов посредников
Первые нам могут попадаться в ЮС материале, конкретно в enroll. Работать с ними тяжело, как собственно и со вторыми.
Но есть сервисы, которые с завидной постоянностью дают сносно работать. Правда их актуальность я в последний раз проверяла больше года назад)
Примеры бонусных программ по отелям: Хилтон, Реддисон
Просто ищите либо логи либо брут аккаунты этих сетей
Заходите по полученным данным, в ЛК выбираете один из отелей сети, тратите поинты с баланса, едете в отель и живете) Это конкретно про хилтон и реддисон
Но стоит принять во внимание, что далеко не все конторы с милями такие дружелюбные
Работать по ревам можно. И довольно успешно, если заниматься конкретно ими и очень усердно
Искать конторы, заказывать под них софт для брута, заходить, тестировать, смотреть какая контора как себя ведет
Самая большая проблема в этой схеме в том, что зачастую вы можете бронировать номер только на владельца аккаунта
и если вы бронируете на владельца акка, то нужно ехать в отель и придумывать байку о том, что тот, кто бронил будет завтра, а пока вот - мы заселимся (так делает пара сервисов на форуме)
Но легенда усложняется тем, что если вы например едете парой - то вам нужен уже трехместный номер, и желательно двухкомнатный
Согласитесь, будет странно, если для пары и левого чела - номер будет однокомнатный)
слишком много социальной инженерии нужно от гостя)
Плюсы в этой работе тоже есть
Если у вас имеется доступ к почте (зачастую все используют один и тот же пароль везде, или же у вас лог где пасс уже есть)
То можно заранее выбить из аккаунта его владельца, сменить телефон, пароль, почту
и оставить акки лежать и ждать своего часа
ну и когда понадобятся - заходим в живые как к себе домой и бронируем) Как правило, если пролежали больше 2 недель - ничего им уже не будет)
С авиа в этом плане все сложнее, но это уже завтрашняя история)
я в своей работе ревы не использую
Просто потому, что это дико рутинная работа. И ты не можешь спрогнозировать заранее поведение той или иной конторы
Когда работаете с банками, выглядит все плюс-минус одинаково
Ты когда знаешь свои бины - понимаешь, на сколько он даст, когда летит чардж, и оттачиваешь это все по максимуму так, чтобы проблем не было

Ищем агентов просто. Идем в гугл да гуглим, образно hotel Berlin

там, где ловим деклайн - агент процессит сам
там, где выходит ваучер по бронированию - агент шлет данные твоей карты в отель

и с этого момента
все ваши действия должны записываться, как я и говорила на лекции по ЕУ
работа по отелям и авиа должна вестись исключительно со статистикой
выписывайте всех агентов которых нашли в текстовик
Агентов, разумеется, ищем за рубежом, наши уже потрепаны жизнью
страны ищите самые разные
Год назад, в феврале, какой-то неприметный ноунейм агент из китая раздавал брони по 4-10к без слетов и с любых карт)
Нагуглила я его с помощью переводчика, вбила туда образно Отель Токио, перевела на китайский, и с китайской сессии пошла гуглить
Очень часто будет попадаться expedia и ее дочки
работать с ними можно до сих пор
Но подобрать ключик к антифроду получается далеко не у всех, и он настолько часто (этот ключик) меняется, что многим проще искать других
самое главное в работе с подобными, крупными агрегаторами - имитация поведения реального пользователя
Я никогда не иду бронировать в лоб нужный мне отель
листаю разные страницы поиска, смотрю фотки
