This Privacy Policy regarding the use of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") governs the procedure for the collection, use, and disclosure by the Tunnex Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") of User information that may be deemed confidential or is considered as such in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, shall apply under the conditions and in the meaning defined by the User Agreement.

The User's use of Tunnex, as well as the conclusion of the User Agreement, constitutes a full and unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Ignorance of these agreements does not exempt the User from liability for non-compliance with their terms.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or does not have the legal right to enter into the Agreement, the User must immediately cease any use of Tunnex.

1. SOURCES OF INFORMATION
1.1. The information referred to in this Privacy Policy may be personally identifiable (directly relating to or associated with a specific individual) and non-personally identifiable (data about the Tunnex User obtained without reference to a specific individual).
1.2. The Administration has access to information obtained through the following means:

Information obtained during correspondence between the Administration and Tunnex Users via Telegram;
Information provided by Users upon registration in the Bot, execution of the User Agreement, participation in events held by the Administration, surveys, applications, and feedback forms;
Technical information — data concerning the User's Telegram ID, and data regarding the use of VPN keys (traffic volume, number of connected devices);
Statistical data regarding the preferences of an individual User (selected tariffs, frequency of Bot usage).
1.3. According to this Privacy Policy, only information stored in the Tunnex database in a secure form and accessible exclusively to the Administration may be deemed confidential.
1.4. Information that can be freely obtained from other publicly available sources is not considered confidential.

2. SECURITY
2.1. The Tunnex Administration employs modern technologies for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data in order to provide maximum protection of information.
2.2. Access to the User's personal information is carried out through the Telegram authorization system. The User undertakes to independently ensure the security of access to their Telegram account and under no circumstances disclose it to third parties. Any actions performed through the User's account shall be deemed to have been carried out personally by the User.
2.3. The collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of information obtained by the Tunnex Administration as a result of the User's use of the Bot, including users' personal data, is carried out by the Administration in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The User acknowledges and grants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Tunnex Administration within the scope and for the purposes stipulated by the terms of the User Agreement; and undertakes to notify the Administration of any changes to their personal data.

3. FINAL PROVISIONS
3.1. A User interested in the services of the Administration utilizes the functionality of the Tunnex Bot to purchase VPN keys. When placing an order, the User selects the required tariff and makes a payment.
3.2. The activities of the Tunnex Administration are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any claims, disputes, or official requests shall be considered exclusively in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.3. The Tunnex Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Users or third parties, nor for lost profits arising from the use, inability to use, or the results of using Tunnex.
3.4. The terms of this Privacy Policy may be amended by the Tunnex Administration unilaterally.

User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a public offer and defines the terms of use for the Tunnex Telegram bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), hosted on the Telegram messenger, between the Bot Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Administration grants the User access to the Bot and its functionality on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. By using the Bot, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Description of the Bot and its Functionality
2.1. The Tunnex Bot is designed for the sale of access keys to a VPN service.
2.2. The list of functions and capabilities of the Bot may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.

3. Rules for Using the Bot

3.1. The User agrees to use the Bot solely for its intended purpose and within the framework of applicable law.

3.2. The User shall not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the information contained within the Bot.
Use the Bot to distribute malicious software, spam, or other illegal information.
Interfere with the operation of the Bot, modify its code, or alter its functionality.
Violate the rights of third parties while using the Bot.

3.3. Restrictions on Use with Router Devices:
The use of access keys purchased under tariff plans not explicitly marked as compatible with router devices (hereinafter referred to as "Router-Designated Tariffs") on routers, firmware, or any network-level devices capable of routing traffic for multiple end-users is strictly prohibited. In the event that the Administration detects such use, the Administration reserves the right, without prior notice, to immediately and permanently revoke the User's access key, terminate the User's access to the Bot and all associated services, and pursue all available measures to prevent further abuse, including but not limited to blocking the User's account. No refund or compensation shall be provided in such cases. The User acknowledges that the Administration employs technical means to detect unauthorized use of access keys on router devices.

3.4. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot in the event of a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the User as a result of using the Bot, including but not limited to potential errors in the Bot's operation, service interruptions, data loss, etc.
4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions when using the Bot, as well as for the consequences of such actions.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of any information provided or posted by the User within the Bot.

5. Processing of Personal Data
5.1. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data obtained during the use of the Bot.
5.2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Term, Amendment, and Termination of the Agreement
6.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the User and is valid for an indefinite period.
6.2. Right to Modify Terms and Services: The Administration reserves the absolute right to unilaterally amend, modify, or update the terms of this Agreement and the conditions of service provision at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the User. Information regarding such changes will be published within the Bot. The User is deemed to have unequivocally accepted the modifications if they continue to use the Bot after the changes have been implemented.
6.3. Funds deposited into the Bot's balance are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
6.4. Right to Terminate Services: The Administration reserves the absolute and unconditional right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the provision of services, access to the Bot, or any of its functionalities to any User at any time, at its sole discretion, without providing prior notice and without explaining the reasons for such termination. In such an event, the Administration shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages incurred by the User.

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes arising between the Administration and the User in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by applicable law.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. In all other matters not explicitly provided for by this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by applicable law.
8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
