Специализируются на создании и продаже товаров для ванных комнат под собственными брендами. Сейчас команда активно масштабирует бизнес на польском рынке и ищет hands-on специалиста, который возьмёт на себя операционную координацию локального направления.

Задачи:

Управление размещением товаров на маркетплейсах (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Allegro и др.)
Запуск акций, контроль за позициями в выдаче, работа с обратной связью
Взаимодействие с клиентами и партнёрами
Организация логистики: склад, доставка, контроль остатков
Базовое ведение финансового учёта по операционной деятельности

Идеальный кандидат:

Опыт в e-commerce, логистике или операционном управлении
Предпринимательское мышление и высокая автономность
Навык выстраивания процессов и управления на местах
Проживание в Польше (обязательное условие)

Условия:

Официальное трудоустройство или сотрудничество по B2B-контракту (через польский инкубатор)
Оплата: конкурентный фикс + бонусная часть (KPI)
Работа в коворкинге или гибридный формат, в зависимости от предпочтений

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain both server-side and client-side applications using Java, Node.js, and Golang.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java, Node.js, and occasionally Golang, along with the client-side of applications using React.js.
Design and integrate APIs, working with both RESTful and GraphQL services.
Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure reliable data storage and quick access.
Participate in the design and architecture of applications, including microservices-based solutions.
Optimise the performance and scalability of existing solutions across multiple back-end technologies.
Ensure application security, including user authentication and authorisation.
