This service is provided for free and is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application itself does not directly collect, store, or process any personal data on the Service Provider's servers.

However, the Application integrates the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK, a third-party advertising service. To display advertisements and measure their performance, this SDK automatically collects the following data from your device:

• Advertising ID (GAID): A resettable, unique identifier used for ad personalization, frequency capping, and attribution.
• Data about ad interactions: Views, clicks, and other engagement metrics related to the advertisements shown.
• Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, and Android OS version (required for technical compatibility and ad rendering).
• Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and performance data for the advertising SDK.

2. Location Information

The Yandex SDK may derive your approximate location based on your IP address or network information (city/region level). This is used solely for regional ad targeting and compliance with local regulations.

Precise GPS location is NOT collected.

3. Data NOT Collected

For clarity, the Service Provider and the default Yandex SDK configuration do not collect the following:

• IP address (processed by Yandex servers, not stored by the app separately)
• Android ID
• Language or region settings (as a separate data point beyond IP-based region)

If these items appeared in previous versions of this policy, they have been removed to accurately reflect current data practices.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the Yandex Advertising Network (Mobile Ads SDK). Yandex acts as an independent data controller for the information its SDK processes. Their handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

The Service Provider may disclose information only:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process).
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, users, or the public.

5. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by third-party SDKs by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device.

To opt out of personalized advertising specifically, you can reset your Advertising ID or enable the "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting in your device's Google Settings menu.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider does not retain any of the data listed in Section 1 on its own servers. All data is transmitted directly to, and retained by, Yandex in accordance with their published data retention policy.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 via the Application or its integrated SDKs. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided such information, please contact us immediately at advagames001@gmail.com so we can take corrective action.

8. Security

The Service Provider relies on the physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards implemented by its third-party service providers to protect the information processed through their SDKs. Data transmission is secured via standard encryption protocols.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
