    <li>Pranayama should always be done in clean and calm environment</li>
    <li>You should Practice pranayama empty stomach.</li>
    <li>If you are suffering with any chronic disease then you should consult your doctor and any good yoga teacher.</li>
    <li>Pregnant woman or Woman during their period should not practice pranayama</li>
    <li>Your body shouldn&#x27;t touch floor or wall while practicing pranayama otherwise all energy will move towards Earth. </li>
    <li>You should not eat anything after 30 to 45 minutes of Practice</li>
    <li>You should not take your bath immediately after pranayama</li>
    <li>Children younger than 12 years should not practice pranayama</li>
    <li>You should keep your body straight while practicing Pranayama</li>
    <li>If recently you have passed through an operation then you should not do pranayama.</li>
