  <h2 id="bR81">What was the task?</h2>

    <li id="AhVI">Implement our knowledge of western standards of digital marketing into their funnel: strategy, websites, ads, email marketing, messenger marketing.</li>
    <li id="Tzzt">Make as much money as possible with an <strong>ad budget of $2500</strong>. </li>

  <h2 id="ftDC">We started with defining a target audience</h2>
  <p id="drDz">We interviewed 10 previous students of the main course&#x27;s speaker. We asked them more than 120 questions to deeply understand who they are, what problems they face, how they see a solution, what expectations they have, etc.</p>

  <h2 id="c9BY">Chose channels of communication</h2>
  <p id="6Dgq">During interviewing we found out that our audience is older than 35 years old. Then we made a research which showed that 75% of people of this age in Russia prefer email for communication and other 25% prefer messenger Telegram. </p>
  <p id="m2Cs">So we decided to choose Email as the main channel of communication and duplicate all messages to Telegram for those who prefer using it. </p>

  <h2 id="0Xuh">How the Customer Journey Map looked like?</h2>

    <li id="aX6E">Our potential customer saw ads on Facebook and Instagram;</li>
    <li id="n7H2">Ad leaded them to a landing page that offered to enroll into a free online webinar;</li>
    <li id="zudD">When they were signing up on the website, they could choose wether they like receive info on Email or on Telegram;</li>
    <li id="UFkR">After a successful signing up, they went to a &quot;Thank you&quot; page. There they could watch a 3 min video by our main speaker. In that video he described all benefits of branching out to the international market and sold an idea of visiting the upcoming webinar.</li>
    <li id="JrgI">Before webinar our followers received messages about our speakers&#x27; background, expert videos by them and reminders about the upcoming event.</li>
    <li id="6MB1">They they visited our 3 hours long webinar, where we could show our expertise, sell an idea of scaling and tell about our course. </li>
    <li id="8nRf">Part of them bought a course right after a webinar.</li>
    <li id="mn20">To the other part of followers we called and offered visiting our 1:1 strategy sessions with business scaling experts. They dived deeper into clients&#x27; situations and closed them. </li>
