Unique Network is an NFT network for Kusama and Polkadot ecosystems. It is a platform for creating NFT marketplaces, NFT galleries or video games on Kusama and Polkadot with monetization mechanisms for artists and network members.

Project goal: to build a comprehensive NFT infrastructure for the Kusama and Polkadot ecosystem.

The Unique Network team created the first NFT collection on Polkadot called Substrapunks, which won the Hackusama (Kusama hackathon) in 2020.

Unique Network also sponsored a crypto exhibition called "Virtual Niche" in Beijing, which featured prominent crypto artists such as Robert Alice and Beeple.

Team:

• Alexander Mitrovich (CEO) is a partner of Usetech, a high-profile Russian company developing software for business since 2006. For 3 years, he worked at IBS, a technology partner of Russian business and government agencies, and for 9 years at the digital behemoth Luxoft.
• Gregory Zaitsev (CTO) also worked at Usetech. Before that, he was a software developer and architect at Lenovo and a large provider of money transfer automation, ARCA. He has been working in the field of development since 1998.

Usetech developed products for the Polkadot ecosystem, Ethereum, Cosmos, EOS, Hyperledger, IOST, NEM.

The list of project advisors includes Polkadot / Kusama Council members, gaming professionals, Co-founder Sandbox, President BGA, Founder of Master Ventures, and Paid Network.

Investors and partners:

1. In spring 2021, they raised $4.3 million from prominent funds, mainly Outlier Ventures, Animoca Brands, DFG, and others.

Tokenomics:

They raise a lot, but according to recent tendencies of attracting a mint of money in the early rounds, the project has reasonable appetites.

Locks are not the best and considerably short-term as for a long-term project.

Participants of both pre-sales have identical 1 month of lock and 6 months of vesting, and the price is almost the same.

Roadmap:

The only worrying issue is short-term locks for the 15 million pre-sale participants.

According to the roadmap, there are no details of tokenomics and product development yet, but the testnet has been operating since 2020. We are waiting for MVP and stay up to date with the project.

Swivel Finance — децентрализованный протокол для кредитования с фиксированной и плавающей ставкой, производными финансовыми инструментами, которые предоставят кредиторам инфраструктуру с возможностю фиксировать доходность или увеличивать ее за счет ребалансировки денежных потоков.

Протокол позволяет производить арбитраж процентных ставок между наиболее популярными лендинговыми платформами и любому желающему максимизировать доходность кредитования, вне зависимости от размера депо.

Пользователи могут размещать P2P ордера на кредитование по фиксированной или плавающей процентной ставке. Для обеспечения ликвидности и организационной структуры, выбраны фиксированныеи периоды времени кредитования (например, 3 месяца, 6 месяцев, 12 месяцев).

Как только кредитное соглашение достигает срока погашения, либо кредитор, либо получатель могут инициировать возврат средств.

Изначально проект будет проводить наградную инициативу среди кредиторов на Compaund и ААVE, выдвая бонусы в нативном токене за их вклад в течение первых 2-4 недель.

После официального запуска Swivel намеревается предложить 0% комиссий тейкера кредита и отрицательную комиссию мейкера. За счет введения отрицательных комиссий для мейкеров Swivel вознаграждает участников рынка, обеспечивающих ликвидность.

Это одновременно придает уверенности в добросовестности проекта и немного устрашает по причине строгих регуляторов в области крипты.

Команда:

Выводы:

Swivel Finance придумали полезную фичу для арбитража процпентных кредитных ставок и вознаграждения пользователей платформы, это может привлечь досаточную ликвидность и спрос за короткие сроки.

У проекта топовые инвесторы и судя по прошлым местам работы участников команды, потенциально круты партнерства. Экосистема Gitcoin и ConsenSys просто огромные, так что при удачном раскладе проект обеспечен знакомствами.

Токеномика способствует притоку ликвидности и ранних суппортеров, паблик не запланирован, а условия ранних раундов неизвестны.

Возможно еще будет Private-Sale, тк проекты подобные Swiwel собирают намного больше, чем $1,15М на Seed.
