I created a ticket and instead received a template response, in which they asked for a bunch of personal documents.

I refused because I was going to close my account. I argued my refusal referring to the rules

6.2.7. Right to withdraw your consent to the usage of your Personal Information at any time

All HitBTC messages contain "we kindly ask" These are requests, not demands and orders, as in the army.

Also, I caught HitBTC in breaking own rules. HitBTC forbid to me perform any actions with my cryptocurrency assets, this can be regarded as confiscation.

Thus, HitBTC break own rules point 4.3. "Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed as a willingness to a seizure of your crypto assets"

In ticket, HitBTC ignores all my arguments and questions. They are incompetent people who do not know the rules of the company (they simply do not understand them)

They also refuse to answer the question. Now you will have to respond to the public:

no documents = money confiscated?

They behave like terrorists. You send them one document, they require even more. So they blackmail you.

I'm not going to negotiate with terrorists.

They break their rules, collect an excessive amount of personal information, and I think they use it for dirty purposes. Do not trust HITBTC SCAM!

For two years hitbtc withholds my funds and refuses to pay them.

They deliberately complicate and reject the KYC procedure that I am trying to go through. HitBTC specialists are not competent in reviewing documents.

These facts indicate that HitBTC evades the obligations provided for by the rules.

They are committing a crime against me and I can no longer tolerate it.
