3 Candidate accepts the offer (with or without start day set)

4 Recruiter informs the hiring manager that the offer is accepted and of possible start day if any. Yana and Vadym are in the copy of this email

5 Yana sets the exact day of the candidate start

6 If the actual start day and the possible start day which was pointed out in the email in #4 differs Yana additionally informs the hiring manager of the start day which is set

7 Yana is responsible for getting all the copies of the documents before the start day

8 Yana onboards the candidate at the first working day
