Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle of partner engagement in the B2B segment - searching, negotiating, contracting;
• Management and development of the sales department (6 employees - Sales Department + Account Managers);
• Reorganize processes in Sales and Account Departments to increase the efficiency;
• Analyze the market and search for new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• High level of English (Native / Advanced);
• Experience in fintech / crypto markets as a Business Development Manager / Head of Sales;
• 2+ years of successful experience in partnering with large B2B clients in the fintech market. You've attracted new clients on your own: found them, connected with them, signed contracts.
