How to start using the Monisto card

A simple step-by-step guide: from registration to your first payment

Step 1: Follow the referral link

Click on your personal referral link to start registration in Monisto.

Step 2: Create an account

Enter your email and set a secure password to register your account.

On the screen: Registration form

Enter your email
Create a strong password:
◦ Minimum 8 characters
◦ One uppercase letter (A–Z)
◦ One lowercase letter (a–z)
◦ One number (0–9)
◦ One special character (!@#$%^&*)

After entering your mail and password you will see this notification - check your mail.

The confirmation code will be sent to your email.

Step 3: Install the app

Once you sign up, you'll be taken to a screen with buttons to download the app:

Install and open the Monisto app.

Step 4: Log in to the app

On the screen: “Order” button

Tap “Order crypto card now”
Tap “Log in”, not “Register” — you’ve already created an account
Enter your email and password
Confirm your login via email

Step 5: Choose your card

After entering the confirmation code, tap “Next”
On the screen: list of available cards

Choose the type of card:
◦ Virtual — activates instantly
◦ Physical — will be delivered to your address

Click on the card you want and tap “Next”.

Fees and Terms

Please review the terms carefully before making a payment.
You’re not just topping up the balance — you’re paying for the card issuance and minimum deposit required for activation.

What’s included in the payment

Card issuance fee
Minimum deposit, which will be credited after activation
This amount is shown before payment — the payment is made in a single transaction

Top-up and commission

Any amount you send above the minimum will be credited to your card minus the commission

Limits

Maximum per transaction — $5000

Please note

Each card has its own usage conditions — issuance cost, minimum deposit, commissions, and limits may vary.

Step 6: Payment and top-up

After selecting your card, you’ll see a screen with the address for the transfer.
At this stage, you’re paying for the card issuance and the minimum deposit required for activation.

The payment is made in one transaction — for the total amount shown in the app.
Anything sent above the minimum threshold will be automatically credited to your card.

Before sending the funds, check:

The network (e.g. USDT BEP-20)
The amount (no more than $5000)
The accuracy of the address

Once the payment is received, your card will be issued and activated.

Important: send only from compatible networks.
The card will be automatically activated once the funds are received.

💡 Data confirmation: how the code arrives

The type of verification depends on the selected card:

1. Hong Kong (Virtual) or any card with email verification

The code is sent to your email
Usually arrives within 1 minute
If you don’t see it — check your Spam or Promotions folders

2. Singapore (Physical) or cards with phone number verification

The code is sent to the phone number you entered
Important: codes are sent only to international numbers
(codes are not sent to Russian numbers)
Make sure your number is entered correctly in international format
(e.g. +971 ...)

Шаг 7: Activate Apple Pay / Google Pay

If Apple Pay doesn’t work in your country

If you’re in a country where Apple Pay is not available (e.g. Russia), your Monisto card might not be added to Wallet directly.

In this case:

Don’t worry — your card is still active
You can use it directly inside the Monisto app for online payments and subscriptions.
To add the card to Apple Wallet:

Change your device region to a country where Apple Pay is supported (e.g. UAE, Hong Kong, Cyprus)
Restart your device
Open the Monisto app → select your card → tap “Add to Apple Wallet”

Add the card manually via Wallet.

Step 1

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone

Step 2

Tap the “+” in the top-right corner

Step 3

Select “Debit or Credit Card”

Step 4

Scroll down → tap “Add a Different Card”

At this stage, it’s important not to select a bank from the list — the card won’t be added.
Only “Add a Different Card” allows you to enter the card details manually.

Step 5

Enter the card details from the Monisto app:
– Cardholder name
– Card number

Step 6

On the Card Verification screen, choose Email as the verification method
(even if a different email is shown — the code will be sent to the one you used during registration)

At this stage, the email with the code may arrive with a slight delay — usually within 2–5 minutes.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Step 7

After verification, the card will be added to Wallet.
Set it as your default payment method.

Step 8

If the verification code expired — remove the card and start again from Step 1.
At the verification step, select Email again.

At this stage, the email with the code may arrive with a slight delay — usually within 2–5 minutes.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Done!

You can use your card to pay for:

Subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium)
Online services
Goods in any store
Freelance services
Anything supported by Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay

Простой пошаговый гайд: от регистрации до первой оплаты

Шаг 1: Перейди по ссылке

Пройди по реферальной ссылке для регистрации в Monisto. Нажми и начни регистрацию.

Шаг 2: Создай аккаунт

На экране: Форма регистрации

Введи email
Придумай сложный пароль:

Минимум 8 символов
Одна заглавная буква (A–Z)
Одна строчная (a–z)
Одна цифра (0–9)
Один символ (!@#$%^&*)

После ввода почты и пароля ты увидишь такое уведомление — проверь почту.

Код подтверждения придёт на email.
Если не пришёл — проверь папку “Спам”.

Шаг 3: Установи приложение

После регистрации ты попадёшь на экран с кнопками загрузки приложения:

Установи и открой приложение Monisto.

Шаг 4: Вход в приложение

На экране: кнопка “Заказать”

Нажми "Заказать криптокарту сейчас"
Нажми "Войти", а не "Зарегистрироваться" — ты уже создал аккаунт
Введи свой email и пароль
Подтверди вход через email

Шаг 5: Выбор карты

После ввода кода подтверждения нажми "Далее"
На экране: список доступных карт

Выбери подходящую карту:

Виртуальная — активируется мгновенно
Физическая — отправляется на адрес

Кликни на нужную карту и нажми “Далее”.

Комиссии и условия

Перед оплатой внимательно ознакомьтесь с условиями.
Ты не просто пополняешь баланс — ты оплачиваешь выпуск карты и минимальный депозит для её активации.

Что входит в оплату

Стоимость выпуска карты
Минимальный депозит, который будет зачислен после активации
Эта сумма отображается перед оплатой — оплата происходит одним переводом.

Пополнение и комиссия

Всё, что ты отправишь сверх минимальной суммы, зачисляется на карту за вычетом комиссии

Лимиты

Максимум за одну транзакцию — $5000

Обрати внимание

У каждой карты свои условия использования — стоимость выпуска, минимальный депозит, комиссии и лимиты могут отличаться.
Всегда сверяй детали на экране карты перед оплатой.

Шаг 6: Оплата и пополнение

После выбора карты откроется экран с адресом для перевода.
На этом этапе ты оплачиваешь выпуск карты и минимальный депозит для её активации.

Оплата происходит одним переводом — на сумму, указанную в приложении.
Всё, что будет отправлено сверх минимального порога, зачисляется на карту автоматически.

Перед переводом проверь:

Сеть (например, USDT BEP-20)
Сумму (не более $5000)
Правильность адреса

После оплаты карта будет выпущена и активирована.

Важно: отправляй только с совместимых сетей.
После поступления средств карта активируется автоматически.

💡 Подтверждение данных: как приходит код

Тип подтверждения зависит от выбранной карты:

1. Hong Kong (Virtual) или другая с почтовой верификацией

Код приходит на email
Обычно в течение 1 минуты
Если письма нет — проверь папку "Спам" или "Промоакции"

2. Singapore (физическая карта) или карты с подтверждением по номеру

Код приходит на указанный номер телефона
Важно: код отправляется только на международные номера
(на российские номера коды не приходят)
Убедись, что номер введён корректно, с международным форматом (например, +971...)

Шаг 7: Добавление в Apple Pay / Google Pay

Если в твоей стране не работает Apple Pay

Если вы находитесь в стране, где Apple Pay недоступен (например, в РФ), карта Monisto может не добавляться в кошелёк напрямую.

В этом случае:

Не переживайте — карта всё равно активна
Её можно использовать напрямую в приложении Monisto для онлайн-платежей и подписок.
Для добавления в Apple Wallet:

Измените регион устройства в настройках на страну, где Apple Pay доступен (например, ОАЭ, Гонконг, Кипр)
Перезагрузите устройство
Зайдите в Monisto → выберите карту → нажмите «Добавить в Apple Wallet»

Добавь карту вручную через Wallet.

Шаг 1

Открой приложение Wallet на iPhone

Шаг 2

Нажми “+” в правом верхнем углу

Шаг 3

Выбери “Debit or Credit Card”

Шаг 4

Прокрути вниз → нажми “Add a Different Card”

На этом этапе важно не выбирать банк из списка, иначе карта не добавится.
Только “Add a Different Card” позволяет ввести реквизиты вручную.

Шаг 5

Введи данные карты из приложения Monisto:
– Имя владельца
– Номер карты

Шаг 6

На экране “Card Verification” выбери способ подтверждения — Email
(даже если отображается другой email — код придёт на тот, что указан при регистрации)

На этом этапе письмо с кодом может прийти с небольшой задержкой — обычно в течение 2–5 минут.
Если письмо не приходит, проверь папку «Спам» или «Промоакции».

Шаг 7

После подтверждения — карта будет добавлена в Wallet.
Выбери её как основную для оплаты.

Шаг 8

Если срок действия кода истек — удали карту и начни заново с Шага 1.
На этапе подтверждения снова выбери Email.
