They think that working more is always better. However, happiness can not be reached only by large amount of money or success in your career. The best illustration for the problem is the "rat race". It is about that trying to make the necessary amount of money for survival without caring about your own wishes could cause infinite cycle of unhappiness. Thus, killing the desire to develop yourself and your own life.

First of all, petrol is the most consumed type of fuel. Therefore, increasing in price would affect on traffic density, since drivers would start to think about how to reduce casual distance covered by car. If we had increased price of petrol, we would already have been using renewable sources of energy. Multiple studies show that transition to renewable energy would instantly affect on environment positively. In other words, pollution problem would be also solved.

The other considerable method of reducing traffic and pollution is banning or limiting using old cars. The reason for this is that old cars release more traffic fumes which results into polluted environment. Furthermore, since relatively fresh cars are more expensive than old ones, not everyone could afford buying them. That is to say that traffic would be lower than usual. To illustrate, UAE has introduced a new law about using old cars. If you use old car in UAE, the government will oblige you with unbearable taxes so that it is better to buy a new car. First of all, limestone and clay have to be crashed and mixed. Then, mixture rotates in special cylinder-shaped barrel by affecting of heat which provided by heater in the end of the cylinder. Finally, powder falls into grinder before packing in bags.

The main background of all events in the episode was permanent attacks of "walkers" (zombies) to three communities: Oceanside, Alexandria and Hilltop. Characters assume that it is because of "The Whisperers" which is a big and dangerous group using walkers as their strategic advantage. Although Alexandria did good with defense, survivors in the Hilltop had been fighting with walkers for 2 days , but their walls have fallen eventually. The leader of Alexandria - Michonne, had sent reinforcements to Hilltop which repelled the attack and repaired the walls. Finally, Michonne was said that things at Oceanside are not better, but there is no more information about Oceanside in this episode.

Whereas Michonne was not in Alexandria, something horrible happened there. A girl, whose name is Lydia, was a member of "The Whisperers" before she realised that they are evil. Despite her attempts to show that her intentions are clear, some of the civilians of Alexandria do not trust her. Eventually it has represented into full hatred to her by three persons. They had tried to kill her at night by sudden ambush, but Negan saved her. However, Negan pulled one of attackers so hard that he killed her by accident.Therefore, people ask council to execute Negan, whereas the only person who is on side of Negan is Lydia. Council puts Negan to cage for a while to make a decision what to do with him.

However, Negan escapes from the cage by someone's help. People have a lot of questions for Lydia and she tells them that she is escape partner of Negan. Although it seemed to be truthful, Daryl knows that she did not do that, since he was watching her to protect her just in case. Finally, Negan escapes, people are on alert and nobody knows who to blame for all of that.

In conclusion, this was a great, full of action episode. The relationships between Daryl, Negan and Lydia have developed and Lydia has become more confident in her actions than ever. I think the next episode will be about details of Negan's escape and Oceanside defense against walkers.

The main reason for prevailing of formal examinations over other approaches is that it provides precise and fair assesing of student's knowledge. Furthermore, we are all used to having exams, which makes it's position almost indisputable. Exams give students deathlines, which motivates them, and the same conditions for everyone makes exams the most fair way of assessing. However, exams can not assess individual person's skills such as communicating , organisatonal or leader skills, since exam consists of professional questions of subject. It would be hard for a creative person to show his or her full potention only in terms of exams. It requires allowing students to have some time to show what they can.

Continual assessment, on the other hand, can provide these conditions. To make person thriving, you have to be and work with him or her some time. Being a good employee is not only having dry knowledge without any vital primary skills about dealing with people. If students were given proper environment and possibility to work with other student, they will reveal themselves to others which would cause process of synergy. (The condition where two or more creative persons aiming for the same goal and make even better result than if they were separated) Nevertheless, if we had not been in need of knowledge about our chosen profession, everybody would have been able to work in every profession which obviously is not possible. So, we also need a method which would assess precisely the necessary knowledge, for instance, exams.

All in all, although we will always be in need for formal examinations, continual assessment would allow to open all potential of students. From my point of view, those who control the education system have to consider to lead both types of assessing, since the profit from it would be colossal.
