• The Store UI Kit grant the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilise the digital work (“Item”).
• You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sublicensed or freely distributed.

An End Product is one of the following:

• For an Item that is a design resource, the End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. For example, if the item is iOS template and the End Product is the finished app.
• For other types of Items, an End Product is something that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item. For example, if the Item is a set of icons, the End Product is a mobile app for sale.

You are allowed to:

• You may create an End Product for a client.
• You may sell, license, sublicense or distribute and make any number of copies of the End Product.
• You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
• This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

You are not allowed to:

• You can’t redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t redistribute or make the Item available as-is or with superficial modifications.
• You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
• The End Product can’t be used in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold. For example, converting a purchased product to a template or theme for sale on your website or marketplaces like ThemeForest, Creative Market, etc.

Other license terms:

• You are not required to attribute or link to Store UI Kit in any of your projects.
• All the rights for photographs and illustrations used in Item are reserved by their legal owners and are presented in the Item for demonstrating purposes.
• Store UI Kit will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item.

The Consumer Rights Act gives you rights to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty. As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can't help you to resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.

We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:

• Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
• Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to our technical support.
• Product not-as-described: such issues must be reported to our technical support within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

In a description available on the preview page of each product we specify the third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) that is compatible with our products. Please kindly note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software that is not specified in our products' descriptions.

However, as a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

• You change your mind about an item;
• You bought an item by mistake;
• You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item.

Said Refund Policy is provided through our website in open access. Please note that when purchasing a product through our website you are, as a customer, considered to be aware of our Refund Policy statements.

• What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared;
• What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data;
• The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information;
