2. In the bottom left corner, next to the loading bar, find the “Help” button and tap it.
3. A “Contact the Developer” window will open; what to do there:

• “Name” — enter your nickname.

• “E-mail” — provide the email address you will use to communicate with the tech support!

• At the very bottom, describe your issue in detail.

1. Tap “Send” and wait for a reply from support. It will arrive at the email address you entered in the dedicated field!

Be ready to answer additional questions from the support specialist and provide your game ID if necessary.

If you don’t receive a reply after a while, check your “Spam” folder.

Please fill in the fields carefully. If you make a mistake in the email address, support will not be able to contact you!

This method also works for players who cannot get past the loading screen.

The second method.

1. Launch the game.
2. In the top right corner of the main screen, find the gear icon and tap it.
3. The Menu opens — go to the “Ask a Question” tab.

• Select a topic — Other, Bug, Ask a Question, Payment Issues, Services, or Appeal.

• “Name” — enter your nickname there.

• “E-mail” — provide the email address you will use to communicate with the tech support!

• At the very bottom, describe your issue in detail.

Be ready to answer additional questions from the support specialist and provide your game ID if necessary.

The Mages Guild has deliberately made the "Mosaic Acceleration" medal visible so that you know for sure: every chest, every drop is a step forward. Progress on the medal is assembled like a mosaic: some fragments you will get in one mini-event, and the missing ones — in others. That is, to obtain this medal at the moment, you need to complete several mini-events.
But even if the full collection of the medal is unavailable right now, don't worry: the reward will definitely find you later. Those who stockpile all sorts of things in advance prepare a convenient path to their goals, while others will simply need a little more time to gather everything they need.

What to do right now: the main task of the event?
Your main goal in the current mini-event is to craft a "Simple Runic Horseshoe" of common quality and, along the way, close out the "Dusty Gift" medal.

All materials that remain after completing tasks will not be lost — they will definitely come in handy later. So farm with a reserve: every unit of resource today will save you time tomorrow.
