Важно: ссылки лучше открывать в обычном браузере, а не во встроенном браузере Telegram. Во встроенном браузере Telegram файл может отображаться некорректно.

Шаг 1. Откройте раздел с настройкой подписки

Если вы пользуетесь WebUI, этот шаг можно пропустить и сразу перейти к шагу 2. Все нужные ссылки уже есть и в этом гайде, и в WebUI.

В боте откройте путь:

/menu -> Управление подпиской -> Белые списки NEW

Сначала откройте пункт Управление подпиской, затем перейдите в Белые списки NEW.

Шаг 2. Скачайте и установите приложение

Скачайте APK по ссылке ниже и установите приложение:

Во время установки Android может показать предупреждение о безопасности. Это нормально: приложение пока не опубликовано в Google Play.

Можно выбрать любой из вариантов:

• установить без дополнительной проверки;
• запустить проверку через Google Play Protect, если хотите перестраховаться.

Шаг 3. Скопируйте ссылку конфигурации

После установки вернитесь в бота или в WebUI и скопируйте вашу персональную ссылку конфигурации.

Шаг 4. Вставьте ссылку конфигурации в Liberio

Откройте приложение Liberio и вставьте скопированную ссылку в поле Ссылка конфигурации.

После вставки нажмите кнопку обновления справа от поля, чтобы приложение подтянуло маршрут и параметры подключения.

Если все вставлено корректно, позже в приложении должен заполниться блок Peer.

Шаг 5. Создайте ссылку на VK-звонок

Liberio использует инфраструктуру VK Calls, поэтому для работы нужен любой активный звонок VK и ссылка на него.

Если у вас нет аккаунта VK, можно попросить друга создать звонок и прислать ссылку. Звонок не обязательно должен быть создан именно с вашего аккаунта.

Альтернативный вариант: можно найти активный публичный звонок через поиск по запросу site:vk.com присоединиться по ссылке: vk.com/call/join.

Как создать звонок в VK

1. Откройте приложение VK.
2. Перейдите в раздел Еще, если кнопка звонков не видна сразу.
3. Откройте Звонки.
4. Нажмите Создать звонок.
5. Начните аудиозвонок.
6. Нажмите Поделиться ссылкой и скопируйте ссылку.
7. После этого выйдите из звонка кнопкой Выйти.

Главное: не нажимайте Завершить звонок для всех, иначе ссылка перестанет работать.

Шаг 6. Вставьте ссылку на звонок в Liberio

Вернитесь в приложение Liberio и вставьте скопированную ссылку в поле Ссылка на звонок.

После этого нажмите большую кнопку Подключиться.

Шаг 7. Пройдите проверку VK

При подключении приложение откроет страницу проверки VK. Это нормальный этап авторизации для входа в звонок.

Что нужно сделать:

1. пройти капчу или подтверждение Я не робот;
2. дождаться сообщения о завершении проверки;
3. нажать Закрыть в верхней части окна.

Шаг 8. Проверьте, что VPN подключился

После успешного подключения можно открыть 2ip.io и убедиться, что IP-адрес изменился.

Если IP изменился, а нужные сайты снова открываются, настройка завершена.

Что важно знать

• Скорость VK-звонка обычно ограничена примерно 5-6 Мбит/с.
• Этого обычно достаточно для YouTube в среднем качестве, мессенджеров и обычного веб-серфинга.
• Один и тот же звонок можно использовать повторно.
• После первой настройки обычно достаточно просто открыть Liberio и нажать Подключиться.
• Не завершайте звонок для всех участников, иначе ссылку придется создавать заново.

Если что-то не работает

Капча появляется снова и снова

• Проверьте, правильно ли вставлена ссылка на VK-звонок.
• Пересоздайте звонок в VK, заново скопируйте ссылку и вставьте ее в приложение.

Приложение не подключается или после подключения нет интернета

• Проверьте, что поле Peer не пустое.
• Если Peer пустой, скорее всего, ссылка конфигурации вставлена неверно или не обновилась.
• Нажмите кнопку обновления рядом с полем Ссылка конфигурации.
• Еще раз вставьте ссылку конфигурации.
• Если не помогло, пересоздайте VK-звонок и заново вставьте ссылку на него.

После нажатия Отключиться VPN не отключается

• Откройте настройки Android.
• Перейдите в Сеть и интернет -> VPN.
• Найдите Liberio и отключите VPN вручную.

After installing, launch the app

When you switch back to Shadowrocket, it will ask permission to paste — tap Allow
A server will appear automatically

3. At the bottom of the app, go to the "Data" tab → tap "AppleTV"

4. On your phone, open the “Servers” tab and tap the server

🛠 Method 2: Without iPhone

This method is a bit more manual, but still works fine.

1. On your Apple TV, search the App Store for Shadowrocket
• Price: ₽249 one-time (not a subscription)

2. You’ll still need a secondary device (PC or phone) to get your config:

• Copy your Outline key (starts with ssconf://) from the bot
• Replace the beginning with https:// and open the link in your browser
• You’ll see a JSON-style config like this (the actual values will be different):

3. On your Apple TV, open Shadowrocket and tap the ➕ icon (top right)

4. First, change the Type to Shadowsocks

5. Now fill in the following fields based on what you saw in the browser:

• Address → value from "server"
• Port → value from "server_port"
• Password → value from "password"
• Method → value from "method"

That’s all you need. Add the server and tap Connect

Step 1: Install the app

Search for “Shadowsocks app for Android TV” on your TV’s app store.

1. On your PC or phone, create a plain text file called outline.json
2. Open your Outline ssconf:// key in a browser, but replace ssconf:// with https:// at the start.
3. This will open a full JSON config with all required fields.
4. Paste the content into your outline.json file, and make sure it includes the following structure:

"local_port" and "remarks" might not appear in your data — copy them as shown above

Save the file

Step 3: Transfer the file to your Android TV

Use any of the following apps to transfer the file:

• X-plore File Manager (with SMB network access to your PC)
• File Manager Plus
• Or simply transfer via USB stick

Place the outline.json somewhere accessible on the device.

Step 4: Import the config

1. Open the Shadowsocks app on your Android TV
2. Use the app's import function to load your outline.json file

🔹 Step 2: Get your connection key

1. Open our Telegram bot
2. Go to Menu → Subscription → Regular key
3. The bot will send you a key that starts with ss://

🔹 Step 3: Import your server

1. In the bottom-right system tray, right-click the Shadowsocks icon
2. Hover over “Servers”, then click “Import URL from Clipboard”
3. You’ll see two confirmation windows — just click OK / Yes
4. In the settings window that pops up, click “Apply”

🔹 Step 4: Install SwitchyOmega extension

1. Go to the Chrome Web Store and install Proxy SwitchyOmega
   (Works with Chrome, Brave, Edge, etc.)
2. Open its settings and create a new profile (or edit the default one)

🔹 Step 5: Configure proxy settings

1. Choose SOCKS5 protocol
2. In the Server field, type: 127.0.0.1
3. For the Port, go back to the Shadowsocks app and find the value under “Local Proxy Port”
4. Enter the same port in SwitchyOmega
5. Click “Apply changes” on the left

1. Turn on Shadowsocks (if not already running)
2. In your browser, switch SwitchyOmega to “Proxy” mode
