You are responsible for:

Managing Philips online store (shop.philips.ru) in terms of assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, performance management.
Set up detailed AOP underpinned with key launches and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze Philips Store sales and achieving targets according to plan.
Support roll-out and scale up of new digital models: L&I, subscriptions etc. in the Market.
Measure and analyze results of marketing initiatives; such as e-mail campaigns, promotions, SEM.
Review on regular basis online analytics for online visitor behavior using Abobe Omniture and other reporting tools.
Gain a deep understanding of the modern customer needs in RCA e-Commerce landscape to drive business growth and deepen (digital) consumer and customer engagement.
Manage the development cycle of new website tools & services.
Provide web-shop accordance to all legal requirements.
Control all operational aspects of order processing (till delivery) to ensure consistent shopping experience.
Work closely with other functions like care & product marketing to ensure a great local consumer experience.
Work closely with central team to pilot global projects and develop best practices.

We are looking for:

Higher Education.
Digital/e-commerce background 6+ years.
Sales Lead / KAM experience (2+ years as an advantage).
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of e-commerce tools (online marketing, digital media, m-Commerce, technology, content & site management, digital design, analytics) and their connection to operations, fulfilment, merchandising, inventory management, customer service.
Experience of managing website development projects to ensure proper digital customer experience.
Capable of performing under (time-)pressure.
Capable of building relationships across all levels and effectively manage conflicts.
English: fluent.
