Junior Brand Manager в Ferrero
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the forming of the long-term brand development strategy;
- Implementation of the short-term activities in alignment with brand positioning and strategy;
- Brand activation implementation though key consumer touchpoints;
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment and regular reports preparation;
- Artworks creation and adaptation and control according to the workflow and associated deadlines;
- Representation of the brand internally within cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, catman, finance etc.);
- POSM designs development;
- Budget planning support;
- Document workflow control and coordination along with Purchasing and Financial departments.
Requirements:
- High education in marketing/economics;
- Relevant experience at least 2 years in FMCG on position of Junior Brand Manager;
- English – from upper-intermediate level;
- Experience in developing 360 campaigns across key touchpoints (digital, TV, BTL);
- Very good analytical skills (usage of Nielsen, consumer panels, databases etc);
- Strong planning, coordinating skills, ability to work under pressure.
