Roles And Responsibilities:

• Drive business and functional analysis, collaborating with business users to understand market requirements

• Design the optimal functional architecture, partnering with engineers on high-level solution architecture design and low-level user-stories

• Play a coordination role across business users and IT teams in designing and delivering the end-to-end functional flows

• Assist business teams in design and conceptualization of new business solutions

• Drive user acceptance testing with business users, assist business with client onboarding, elaborate and flow the quality requirements into engineering team

• Use Behavior Driven Development techniques, collaborating closely with users, analysts, developers, and other testers.

• Perform data analysis

Experiences and Skills

• Solid multi-years’ experience and subject-matter expertise in the areas of Payments, Core Banking, Liquidity Management

• 8-10 years of experience in Technology and Business/Functional Analysis

• Fluent in English (written/verbal).

• Experience owning the requirements end-to-end starting from a vision to the go-live and client onboarding

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues

• Advanced analytical and problem solving experience and ability to identify issues independently, grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions and oversee their delivery.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong planning and highly organized with ability to prioritize key deliverables across several work streams.

• Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
