E-com Key account Manager в Ferrero
Main responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategy;
- Lead sales development in e-commerce:
-maintaining existing customers and finding new ones,
-evaluating new opportunities, new methods and channels of distribution,
-to build and develop relationships, identifying opportunities,
-preparation of channel development plans, identification of key development directions,
-preparation and implementation of development plans for key clients in the channel; - Conclude commercial contracts with TOP clients;
- Ensure fulfillment of the agreed sales plan in e-commerce;
- Analyze and forecast sales opportunities in assigned channel and TOP clients;
- Negotiate and confirm sales plan (by SKU) with distributors and clients;
- Collect, analyze business related information in/about e-commerce channel (business awareness: distributors, subdisctributors, top clients, compet. conditions and actions, pricing policy, best world practice;
- Etc.
Main requirements:
- Strong leadership, people & team management (including coaching), negotiation & decision making skills;
- Analytical and financial analysis skills;
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented;
- MS Office - Advanced;
- English - Intermediate.
