E-com Key account Manager в Ferrero

Main responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategy;
  • Lead sales development in e-commerce:
    -maintaining existing customers and finding new ones,
    -evaluating new opportunities, new methods and channels of distribution,
    -to build and develop relationships, identifying opportunities,
    -preparation of channel development plans, identification of key development directions,
    -preparation and implementation of development plans for key clients in the channel;
  • Conclude commercial contracts with TOP clients;
  • Ensure fulfillment of the agreed sales plan in e-commerce;
  • Analyze and forecast sales opportunities in assigned channel and TOP clients;
  • Negotiate and confirm sales plan (by SKU) with distributors and clients;
  • Collect, analyze business related information in/about e-commerce channel (business awareness: distributors, subdisctributors, top clients, compet. conditions and actions, pricing policy, best world practice;
  • Etc.

Main requirements:

  • Strong leadership, people & team management (including coaching), negotiation & decision making skills;
  • Analytical and financial analysis skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, result-oriented;
  • MS Office - Advanced;
  • English - Intermediate.
